Cabaye would look like a right cunt leaving anytime in the near future after he signed half of the France squad
-
Its gonna be nice going into this last week/deadline day for once knowing we've done all our business and had a great window, so we can sit back and relax rather than the usual deadline day stress knowing we need more players and we've not strenghthened.
-
He's a fucking idiot. Sad thing is I'm convinced he would have developed into a decent Premiership striker if he had a good attitude and dedication, seen enough in that Championship season when he was 17 to see that he had some potential. Big, strong, fast, thats a good start.
-
Aye I know that and I wouldn't expect us to offer much more than we already have, just saying from his point of view he might have no intention at all of going to QPR but he's got nothing to lose in trying to get a bigger salary from us even if he already knows he's signing for us.
-
From his point of view he's got nowt to lose in his advisors having talks with QPR as well, even if he has no intention whatsoever of signing for them, if we offer him £50,000 a week and QPR offer £80,000 then it gives them the power to go back to us and ask for more.
-
Seeing how desperate saggy seems to be to get him, it would be fucking satisfying to sign him after all his efforts knowing how angry he will be.
-
I'm not too worried, but if he turns us down for a shit club like QPR with the amount of French players we have then we don't need characters like that. I just can't see it happening.
-
I think signing him would suit all partys assuming he's quality, I think we will be inviting bids for Tiote in the summer, getting a bid is another matter like. Get him in on the cheap, sell Tiote for a profit on what we paid and for much more than Sissoko would cost us, Ashley would be foaming at the gash.

The fact that theres not a good defender on the bench or someone who can put the ball in the back of the net suggests its not good enough.
-

-
Hopefully the extra few days we have off between the Reading and Villa match will see him available for that, desperately need him back, we would definitely be 2-5 points better off if we had him fit.

That was one of the lowest nights as a Newcastle fan. Everything about it other than the journey down there was fucking shite. Wigan had their 2nd team out as well.
