Lost! Manure, Arsenal, Leicester.. All shite when we don't need them to be.

This little ferret is a pure fucking nugget of gold. FANTASTIC debut. Love him already.

Some of these might be limited but fuck they want it. This side is still on an upwards curve in confidence and fitness. Performances are getting better and down to the last man they fight. This isn't a team that looks like it is throwing in the the towel. The press was relentless and even to the final whistle. Immense credit to the coaching staff for getting the players up there in fitness. Praying Trippier is ok. He was limping but limping at pace when he came off Another huge game at the weekend.

Wow. COME ON.
-
Don't be crocked Tripps!

Seen Wilson and better strikers do similar tbf. He needs to get a goal though to get people off his back. Literally could have put it anywhere though..
-
The team looks motivated and up for the fight to stay up. Just not sure if we have the goals in us. Thats the biggest worry for me. I think the defence will be ok.

Will come on in the 82nd.

Joe has been cursed in the box lol Him and Wood are fucking comical when it comes to finishing. Look pretty good otherwise. Matty Targett... Ah that is what a real LB looks like. AMAZING.
-
Eek, better not rule that out.

This team is fired up. Love it.

Or at least a time we can laugh rather than kicking Kurt zoumas cat.

Dodgy toe. Unconfirmed if he Dave Beasant'd it or not. Touch and go for tomorrow but they won't risk it if it risks long term injury.

Looking like it will be an unchanged line up from Leeds bar Targett in for Dummett. He won't risk Burn unless the toe injury is completely healed. Hopefully he throws Bruno in as well. -
Has Warnock said he would take it? Seems like the most sensible option. So return of Di Canio incoming.
-
Miggy playing behind the striker with Bruno feeding passes for him to run unto is what MLS version of Miggy was made for. The version we have seen mostly, schlepped around the pitch in every position other than his best, I am not sure if that player we bought is still there. The fact he wasn't moved out this window and that Howe is usually all over him (see after the Leeds game) tells me Howe does rate him still.
-
Think it's 50/50. Can definitely see Howe starting him on the bench and playing the same 3 as Leeds, bringing him on in the 2nd half. Hope not though.
-
Gotcha. What's the point in it then? It says he will hand over all duties this week, so he is done from a Brighton perspective. They just want to inconvenience to us by having him unable to start for 3 months? Or just some sort of standard practice for these type of positions? Flooding back, wasn't it similar with Overmars when we were linked before Christmas?
-
Absolutely love this potential appointment. Gardening leave thing is a bit weird though? Assuming he wants time to mentally refresh, get himself/family moved up north etc. We need someone starting 3 months ago rather than in the summer though. Assume he will be starting at least mentally before May?

Not sure we were actually convinced with Bakker. Seemed from all reports the deal was there to do but we stalled and tried for Gosens, went back but then ended up jumping on Targett when he came available. Probably preferring the PL experience for now at least. Bakker looks decent, tall but quick and strong. Decievingly good dribble on him too.

Ridiculous.
