there you go: http://transfermarkt.de/de/spieler/vertragsende/basics.html you just have to choose "Ligue 1" instead of Bundesliga.... Can't get that right with a link. You know we would end up signing the wrong Altintop if given that list to work from.

Perch, but we would need an extra couple of million at least.

This! Wanted Forest to come up with us up until this year. Delighted for Blackpool, even more delighted if the go up, should give take up one of the three relegation spots automatically.
-
Go Blackpool! Quality stuff!

Sidney Govou and Francois Clerc are both out of contract this summer. Either would be decent additions give our current position. Govou doesnt really fit our new policy, but I hope that would be somewhat out of the window whilst we dont have any money.

Smith Best Raylor Ameobi Xisco Lua Lua - Not convinced he will cut it in the prem, good spell at Brighton could have some clubs sniffing at a nominal fee. (all helps) I dont think selling Saylor is a great option. He would be an upgrade RB and competition for Simpson plus a decent option for the Centre. Colo is a hard one, we should be looking to keep him, but crazy wages if the reported ones are close. He has looked more like the player we expected when we bought him, but the jury is definately still out on him in the premiership. If we get a decent sizeable offer in for him I'd definately consider it. If we brought in Senderos and another experienced defender on the cheap/loan it might not miss him. Down side is Jonas/Enrique might consider leaving too, its not a great sign of ambition for any of the other players if we are selling popular and settled players.

Spurs or maybe Everton wouldnt suprise me, although I reckon he will be straight off abroad.
-
If he gets his head straight, he is a bit of a loose cannon can see the top sides thinking twice.

I find sometimes after a heated situation its better to take a step back, give it a day or two then look at it again rationally. Having had the time to think about it, its still a big pile of wank.

If thats what needs to happen, then we will have to do our best. Surely they can see it would weaken our chances selling our better players, who are already happy and settled. I'm sure we will have a modest amount for spending. I'd be shocked and angry if we saw anyone but fringe players moved on.

Pompey have a bunch of players I would have thought could do a job, although they obviously havent this year. Whats the deal with Vanden Borre? he was the next big thing not too long ago, havent seen anything of him this season. Anyone know how he was playing?
-
Would be mega shocked if we were interested in Bullard. 30+, Injury prone, wants a decent wage. Ticks all the boxes of players we want to reject. I'm quite excited by the fact our team seems to be making shrewd and calculated purchases that will actually improve the team/squad on and off the pitch. Leaves us in a lottery as far as guessing potential incomings though.

Keep Taylor and Play him RB as Cajun says. Bring Sanderos in on a Free or someone solid and experienced for the Centre/utility. Simpson is still young and will up his game if he has someone to a) learn from and b) compete with.

Can't see jol doing that. Always liked him.we need someone of his experience at the club next year though to assist hughton.

Credit where its due. At the end of last season, I fully believed we deserved to go down, despite the numbness I tried to dream that it might even work out well with us. Shearer looked set to stay on, a dream coaching team joining him, quality players still knocking on the door and looking to join the revolution. Come September things couldnt have looked bleaker, whilst we still retained enough quality to give promotion a great shot, the club was in tatters internally and externally. Rumours of a Kinnear return or a nearly as bad thought of keeping our nice guy but ultimately spineless looking pair of coaches in charge loomed. Doing a Leeds was looking increasingly possible. I'd honestly say whilst I'd keep a quiet, very reserved hope we could make it back at the first attempt I had no idea which end of the table we would end up. Both Hughton, Calderwood, the other staff and of course the players deserve a huge amount of credit for proving doubters wrong and turning despair back into hope. Hughton wouldnt be my ideal choice to take us into the premiership but there is no doubt he has earned this chance. I'd still like to see an experienced hand added to the coaching set up for next year, to aid. We are really down to the bare bones coaching wise. Regardless, Stage one is complete... Over to you Mike for stage two.

I saw a 6'5 body building meathead on rollerblades, wearing spandex, pushing a pram with a kid in it down the street. I didn't think it could be topped until now! Nolan wants to be top scorer!

13 points up with a game in hand. could effectively be settled by this time next week, if forest slip up at the weekend and we win both games.
