Tottenham Hotspur vs. Newcastle United - 2/2/19 @ 12:30 (Live on Sky Sports)

Almiron hasn't got a work permit sorted yet so won't play Saturday. -
Outstanding again.
-
Be very surprised if that happened with out a replacement being brought in as we've sent Sterry out on loan.
-
It's just his agent trying to get us to up our bid as no one else is actually interested and they have to get shot of him.
-
I thought it was extended by 3 years?
-
His second touch is nearly always a foul as well.
-
I don't think he's big enough, will struggle to make it at the top level imo. Even the daughter remarked at how small and slight he looked.

I didn't boo them but understand why many did as they were bizarre. Hayden and Kenedy were lifting yet he took off Ritchie. We're chasing the game with not long to go and Rondon has been warming up and he sends on Schar instead and it didn't look like it was because Fernandez was injured, iy looked tactical as Schar went into midfield. The lack of creativity, lack of confidence in front of goal (Murphy 1st half went wide and won a corner when he had the chance to head for goal), lack of a single shot on target and general apathy from both crowd and players was both alarming and frustrating. f*** the league, this was a real chance to progress in the cup with other PL teams out and lower league teams playing each other. He explained why. He needed to "protect" Ritchie for our assault on 17th place. And what on earth were you and 33,000 others doing at a game we had no intention of winning? Blind Faith, Addiction/Compulsion. Ritchie didn't need protecting. How do you have access to Rafa's player statistics and risk database? I don't. It's a direct quote from Rafa. Obviously I know he dosent need protecting man Rafa said he needs protecting (as in from injury) - that will be evidence based on statistic and medical data but you seem to think you're a better judge than Paco and Rafa. I just wanted us to win the game and have a decent cup run. Ritchie was one of the better performers and looked fit and well. There were plenty others who should have came off before him and Rafa stated in his post match interview that the only doubt after this game was Joselu due to the bad tackle on him.

Best in Black and White again today and he only played 20 minutes.
-
Footnote to that was that Ritchie then got a standing ovation as he jogged off after the frustration at him being subbed had subsided.

I thought he was okay in the 1st half but shocking in the 2nd half.
-
As poor as he is as a goalscorer, wtf is he meant to do with the shocking lack of service and creativity from his team mates? He also won loads of headers and flick ons and nee fucker gambles on them. Poor choice of scapegoat for today in my john humble.
-
He's an absolute waste of a shirt. Why Ritchie was hooked instead of him is beyond me.
-
Are we allowed another loan though? I saw something that said you were allowed 2 domestic and 1 foreign or are you actually allowed as many foreign loans as you want?
-
Supposedly been one of our main targets since the window opened. 2 things with that. If he was a main target on 1st January why didn't we sign him on 1st January? If he was a main target and he's never been mentioned before today it just shows how much journalists actually know about what's going on as he has gone right under their radar just like Schar and Fernandez did in the summer.

I think he's fucking mint and hope to see him sticking his fingers in lugs a whole lot more.

Various: Mike Ashley in talks with Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed Al Nehayan
ujpest doza replied to Kaizero's topic in Football
Most teachers these days only get fixed term 12 month contracts. Very hard to get a permanent one, they're like rocking horse shit. -
I think Ray Clarke was the worst striker I've ever seen play for us, followed by Billy Rafferty......harsh on Dave Mitchell mind, 2 apps 1 goal isn't bad. Pingel & McDonald were certainly worse than the Hoss. Aye, but i saw Ray Clarke score with a fantastic header at the Gallowgate End against Cardiff so he could do it, just once in a blue moon!

From what I've heard they wont have many staff left to fill them, leaving in their droves because of the new contracts. The store closes at 5pm every night as they don't have enough staff to cover until 9pm. -
aye, god knows who he looked at.

Albert Craig and Pat Heard weren't strikers mind, but that is an impressive list of shitness. Hoy George Riley and Tony Cunningham on that list too. Though i think Joselu is equally as shit as all of them, even Rob McDonald. Never considered Paul Moran a striker either. Didn't realize he went to you guys - he was a reserve for us for ever it seemed. Went to school near me but I never played against him because he was just a bit too old. Edit: One game for you on loan - seems a bit harsh to include him . He was spectacularly shit in that 1 game during which he was severely hungover after going out on the lash in town with Gazza the night before. He was absolutely twatful.
