  1. Was thinking the same. Can't find it anywhere. (from .com)

    Adam Armstrong

    Impressive. Perfect touch.
  3. Another clean sheet and 2 goals to the good, but fuck me it was boring in large sections of the game. I was getting quite concerned in the second half as Derby looked more like scoring than we did. Yedlin's pinball goal was such a relief I was grinning like a fool.
  4. That's the only real problem I've got with him, if he was genuinely pushing McClaren then he was completely out of touch.
  5. First time I saw that Sea World piece, christ on a bike.
  6. I'm not sure we need to care about crap records at certain stadiums, we had crap managers too.
  7. Running totals to date: 5 results (bold red 40 or more) Matz Sels - STI: 25 LTF: 31 Exc: 21 Matt Ritchie - STI: 41 LTF: 40 Exc: 40 Dwight Gayle - STI: 37 LTF: 31 Exc: 33 Jesus Gamez - STI: 24 LTF: 17 Exc: 19 Isaac Hayden - STI: 31 LTF: 44 Exc: 36 Grant Hanley - STI: 24 LTF: 22 Exc: 17 Ciaran Clark - STI: 23 LTF: 17 Exc: 14 Mohamed Diame - STI: 33 LTF: 31 Exc: 34 DeAndre Yedlin - STI: 28 LTF: 32 Exc: 30 Daryl Murphy - STI: 20 LTF: 9 Exc: 17 Achraf Lazaar - STI: 30 LTF: 38 Exc: 40 Christian Atsu - STI: 30 LTF: 26 Exc: 33
  8. Thank you Loki, that's the spirit. I'll get round to doing running totals if there's enough like that. (Though I'd appreciate less zero's if that were the case. ) edit: And yes, the last one is purely subjective, and attackers will obviously feature at the expense of the rest.
  9. Probably nothing, I guess the second two is more to do with expectations than based on any facts. I just yearn for that kind of player and think he has the potential.
  10. Just popped in to say I'm glad to see forgiveness is still edging it. Until Humanity as a whole understands the concept of forgiveness, and all its ramifications, there will be no hope for them to develop further. The future we leave our children stems from our behaviour today.
  11. The incoming players since last season. Who do you think will have the most Short Term Impact, STI. Who has the greatest long term future, LTF. Who has the potential to excite us the most, ala Beardsley, Ben Arfa etc., Exc. Scores should be out of 10, all 6/7, 3/4 and WNB's will be ignored. <5 Not so much; 5-6 Average; >6 Good; 9-10 I'm on Acid! Isaac Hayden

Thanks for that. Somehow I wasn't too surprised by the 'not so bright' nomination.
  13. Hopefully between him and Aarons there will be someone mostly available, or they'll be in rehab together.
  14. Derby haven't won at home, nor scored a goal yet, two 0-0's. Away from home they've scored 1 goal in 3 games. I'd say we're favourites. [shrug] Edit: Another way to look at it. Derby currently have the best defence in the league having conceded only 3 goals in 5 games, but they can't score.
  15. Ha. First video I watched I got the distinct impression Ronaldo is his hero.
  16. Eh! You not counting Barnsley, Forest and Burton then? motherfucker, late to the party again!
  17. They were also the division's joint top scorers in 15/16 too. Narrow flukey wins though. If you'd seen the games instead of relying on Google you know you're misinformed. Yeah they scored goals. They also conceded far more than the teams around them, finished third and got dicked by Sheffield Wednesday in the playoffs. Drop it, anyway. I don't want to talk about Brighton & Hove Albion. Awful club who won't get promoted. You respect their manager though, don't you Ron?
  18. Looking better. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/championship/table
  19. Commentator was the same, reckoned Sels made a meal of it by over-reacting but fuck me, watching the replays that could have been serious - the way his leg was thrown backwards
  20. Thoroughly professional performance. Did enough every area of the pitch and never really looked in danger despite obvious quality in Brighton's attack. Sels coming good and going to get better. Shelveys best game to date maybe? Certainly a great FK. Gouffran did his bit and was an awesome strike off the bar. Perez, someone said he was shit, they don't understand football. He was tireless, pressing, harrying and making himself available all over. After today I have little worries we're going to be top 2 come the end.
