I'd like to think that maybe he's seen the light. AO.com seems to have had the desired effect at any rate and he has responded. Whether he's on his way, or decides to go back to how he was when he first joined and want us to do well I don't really mind. If it's a genuine change of pace and he wants us to do well again, can we wish for worse than a English billionaire? If it's a new tactic, and same old s***, fair enough. But if we stay up and we do invest in the summer and we do try to hire a good manager then lets see how it goes. If not, all bets are off and the knives will be sharpened.

Keegan/Shearer-led consortium..

Not emphasis on the second syllable then; Ca-BE-lla? Like Mon-TE-lla for example? That's the English pronunciation of the word. French : CabellAH Spanish: Cab-ey-yah Itallian: CAH-bella English: Ca-BELL-ah Kinnear: Cableguy

If he was ever going to score a goal, it was that goal. Falls over, mishits it with his right into his left, then flukes it over the keeper with the ricochet.

QPR v Newcastle United - 16/05/15 @Loftus Road 3pm (Not on TV)

You just know it is going to happen. I want to see Williamson up front. See how he likes receiving 800 long balls a game and not being able to just head it back the way it came. I want him to cry and beg to be subbed. Then I want to see HBA watching this on TV and seeing a grin start to form on his face. Then the centre circle falls away to become a cavernous entrance to hell and he starts to melt into the hole, screaming, as thousands of footballs are cannoned into his degenerating body at 100s of miles an hour, kicked by (more) evil clones of himself. The centre circle goes back to normal and Carver brings Armstrong on for the last 9 minutes and tells everyone not to pass to him.

Would have been good to see, but we were so much better in every department at that time - a player like Perez wouldn't have got in front of Al or Bellamy. It was pretty rare to actually see them play too many games together due to them being complete crocks for a lot of the time iirc
-
In De Jong's cameo the other game I thought straight away we had a player who can actually get into the box from midfield. Looking forward to see him play.

After his first season, especially playing in THIS team, I'd say he's probably one of the brightest prospects, if not THE brightest prospect we've ever signed in the PL era. Imagine him in SBR's team.

Anita couldn't have done too much more than he has either tbh.

We've actually looked reasonably effective, completely different to the past 10-15 games.

An aberration of editing though.

Found this old PNG I made lol The lengths I had to go to back then to convince people (Ian? ) that Mike Ashley was bad for our club.

I just thought he was in Axel's sig.

Still trying to work out what the angle is with Steve Davis being in this one

Collymore is like the Daily Mail of talk-show presenting.

SJH on the phone to Keegan, Keegan says 'Nah thanks'. We're now extremely grateful to be where we are now and absolutely mortified that Alan Pardew left for Crystal Palace .
-
Well, the chances of the fans uniting themselves are slim to none unless some proper figureheads come out and support one direction or another, such as some ex-players. This needs to happen for anything to work imo.

My line in my sig hasn't changed in years

That's the issue I'm highlighting - nobody will pay £350m for a Championship team, which means he will not sell us. The only realistic way of NUFC being sold is if we are in the Premier League. There is no hope on Earth that Ashley would sell us at a loss to himself, so going down will mean we do not get sold. Why not? Unsure if you are referring to the first part of that or the second. If we go down, as said above, nobody will buy us for Ashley's valuation - a team in the Championship in absolute tatters would not be worth the risk to anyone. As for the first part, as everyone has previously said - Ashley is a good businessman (along with a complete w***** and awful football bloke) and only cares about his bank balance. He would not sell us at a loss, not a chance at all. Even making his life hell would not make him sell at a loss, he'll just not attend (as he is doing now). Was the first part. I don't agree with the bit I've bolded. History has shown that if the pressure increases and the criticism is personal, he'd get shot of us as soon as he could. How cheap and how quickly would depend on the pressure. 45k turning up and moaning is nothing to him. An entirely empty stadium with smoke bombs, flares and banners being strung up over his SD outlets would have him gone sharpish.
