Agree, put one more quality CM in there and you could live with most teams. Maybe even Longstaff can do a job if he's pushed up a bit, he's a lot better suited to playing higher up the pitch when Bruno is back.

Could also add Almiron tbh. Don't think he'll ever be entirely what we want on the RW, but he was pretty damn close yesterday. To the extent I wouldn't be THAT bothered seeing him line up for the next one.

Naw, he's definitely a workhorse, always puts a shift in, just looks leagues below the standard he's playing at.

It works the opposite way for Fraser. He has really rapid acceleration, but even at full speed he can only cover a certain amount of ground quickly before being caught by those with longer strides.

It would actually make sense tbh, Wood would be very effective down there, and I'd happily subsidise his wages if Pedro came this way. I wonder if there's any legs in this? Surely we can work out a deal which suits everyone?
