While we’re at it, what is the current line on boxers that have a separate pouch for the cock and balls? They seem to have a rabid fanbase but I find that the seam for the pouch causes unnecessary chafing in the inner thigh/groin region. Thoughts?

Aye I don't disagree, if we're aiming to compete at the highest level... but if I'm looking at the groups of players, I still think that group of midfielders is healthier than our defender/striker groups, for various reasons. Ideally we just sign everyone we need, but if I'm drinking the "FFP Restrictions" Kool-Aid, then midfield wouldn't be my priority.

We already bought Tonali innit. Miley/Longy/Joelintony/Willy/Andersony/Tonaliy. Plenty of midfielders. If we do sell up, and we're as limited in the market as we're being repeatedly told, I'd probably prefer we spent on a striker and some defenders.

Probably worth remembering we only have 2 league games this month (city and villa), so I can't imagine we're going to be desperate to pay over the odds to get anyone in early, as much as it would be preferable to do so. I doubt we'll do much, but if we do, I reckon it'll be late.
