If Carroll should be sold then what should Barton be then? If the players can forgive ech other for the wrongs done then i don't think there should be a problem. But forgiving a broken jaw at this stage of the season when Taylor was on his way back will be hard tbh I would have sacked Barton a long time ago after his conviction. To me it's about team discipline. If Carroll gets away with another slap on the wrist then what message does that send to our kids like Ranger, Airey, Donaldson etc.?

What if Taylor had? Same opinion? If it's Taylor don't bring him back early from injury and let him sit out the season as punishment. I wouldn't sell him purely because he doesn't have the previous that Carroll has. I'd not play him for the rest of the season and sit him down at the end of the season and tell him he's out if anything like thst happens again.

If Carroll has done this he should not play again this season and should be sold in the summer. We don't need players like him who are always making headlines for the wrong reasons. Hughton gave him a chance after he glassed that lad in the club and he has spat that chance out. Get rid.

He looks much better with the ball at his feet and in the channels in my opinion. The long ball game really doesn't seem to suit him at all.

Out of contract at the end of the season. Don't see any reason why he won't move to us in the Premiership. He will move to the Premiership, but it wont be to us. Wasn't great this season then suffered a bit hip injury that finished his season. He won't be going to any of the big clubs.

There is this assumption that we are getting promoted. We are only 6 points ahead of 3rd and we badly need to strengthen the squad. The fact we don't have anybody to play RB on Wednesday should show that.

Because they will have to pay a percentage of the transfer fee they recieve from us to Watford and that on top of the money they still owe Watford from the original transfer will come to more than they will recieve from us.

I wonder if Hughton will experiment with 3-4-3 or 3-5-2 on Wednesday. I'd be very nervous about playing one of the kids at RB especially seen as none of them have ever played the position before at senior level.

We have to buy him now in my opinion. Simpson is out until Cardiff and Taylor is out for far longer which leaves us very short at the back. As much as I hate paying over the odds for someone who isn't a stand out player I think we need to do it in this situation.

I can't believe some people want to sell Smith. The position he plays and the way he plays it have been one of the key reasons we have conceeded so few goals this season. With Taylor now out fo a long period it's going to be even more vital having Smith there to protect the back 4.
