People are kidding themselves if they think Emre will be a regular starter under Allardyce.

Now I'm not criticizing Allardyce here but he is not in the same league as Mourinho so surely it would make sense to atleast ask Mourinho if he would come here. I for one think he would make a hell of a difference to us both short and long term. My question is if it meant sacking Allardyce to get Mourinho would you do it?

He wants to be paid a fair rate that is on a par with other young players at this club and he wants to start. At the end of the day it's his livelihood so if he can't get what he wants he'll move on. 8,000 a week to play for nufc is okay for me pal! he should be grateful. 8,000-a-week may seem a lot to us but when you consider some players who are nowhere near as good (see Carr, Babayaro etc.) as Taylor are making triple what he earns then he is very underpaid.

I've never understood why non-televised fixtures are moved at all though, other than "days between games" issues, perhaps someone can shed some light on this? They are usually moved because of Europeon ties on Thursday but also another reason is policing reasons. For example the police don't like Spurs and Arsenal playng at home at the same, the situation is the same with Man Utd and Man City.
