He scored a cracking goal and was involved with most of the goals, he also hit the woodwork.
-
He could be but we might have a load of players who have had any confidence which they brought to the club knocked out of them.
-
Taylor went away on loan and worked with Adams, Adams thought Taylor was brilliant for his age. The problem is that since that time Taylor hasn't really developed a great deal and he needs to, he's still got time.
-
Allardyce can't pick Babayaro, he's injured himself again.
-
Leaving them out is crazy, how the hell will we ever have a settled team?
-
I think I disturbed the neighbours when we scored.
-
Not an easy question, not as good as I first thought he'd be but I don't totally blame him for that having to play with players like Bramble and Boumsong. I think he could still become a full international but he's close to being at a stage in his career where he's got to make an impact at club level like he has done at times in the past. I'm not even sure that he's going to get a regular game for us, if he's not going to get a regular game then I think it would help both him and the club to send him out on loan to play regular football.
-
I still think that Taylor could become a good player, to do that we'll need a settled defence with him in it and he'll have to forget what's happening regarding his contract, it might help him to ditch his dad when it comes to football.
-
Agreed, Owen and Viduka would get more out of a game if we tried playing higher up the pitch and got balls into the edge of the box instead of having the two of them playing too deep.
-
Do you do any other tricks?
-
Of course he should take some of the blame but he's hardly being given the service.
-
We've got a player who is probably the best of his type in the league and we're pissing away the good that he could do if used in the right way.
-
Finally, over 500 posts to get that off your chest, you can go out for a pint now.
-
I would agree with that but mainly because we went out to play a certain way.
-
Newcastle didn't have a poor defence when Keegan was manager.
-
First point, that isn't me in my avatar. Second point I wasn't really responding for Bagio, I know you cared about your shares and had hoped that even though you sold them, you may have been allowed to keep the certificate.
-
I don't see money spent and automatically call it ambition, all of the noises coming from inside the club suggests ambition and we did spend more money in the transfer window than we've done since Souness was manager so I'll wait and see.
-
A draw isn't a good result considering we were playing a poor team, that could be taken either way. After going 1 down I'll settle for the draw.
-
This isn't a piss take or anything, did they let you keep the certificate?
-
Am I right in thinking that a manager you wanted and who has been backed more then the last manager, who you also wanted almost embarassed you today? It looked like a good post until the last 2 lines.
-
I've got no idea who he'll sell and if he get's no money I'll say deja vu, what will you say?
-
If he wanted Allardyce then that makes two of you so I'm not sure of your point. I didn't want Allardyce but I expected better from him than we've seen so far. I'm not going to write him off yet but so far it doesn't look good but getting something from today may be the corner that we needed to turn.

He'll have the January window to make some changes if he doesn't like what he's seeing and I can only think that his actions are telling us that he doesn't like much at the minute. I'm more worried about him not being able to get the best out of what he's got at his disposal rather than what he's brought in.
