  1. That would be massively unrealistic and I think if he's one thing, he's realistic.
  2. He was getting into some good defensive positions at times to cut passes out then spoiled it for me because as soon as the ball moved he was usually taken out through a lack of movement. I think it would be difficult to get a professional footballer who is less effective than he is so regularly.
  3. You were probably looking for it because he looked as if he was running free enough to me. He changed his boots so I don't know if he had a problem with his first pair.
  4. So Rafa asked him to to very little other than get booked? OK.
  5. It's been a while since we've had 4 players that could genuinely be mentioned as being capable of being our best player of the season. Most seasons when you go for a fourth you're looking at our least worst.
  6. I doubt Ashley has even heard of Wagner. Oh he will have done. http://www.getanact.com/filestorage/wagner_1.jpg
  7. He's was poor again today, his tackling was embarrassing. He was rarely on the ball and when he wasn't he was usually taking up good positions then standing on the spot while the game had moved on. They had a shot at one point and the ball went past him at head/shoulder height and he turned his back to the ball, he's a car crash of a player, even at this level.
  8. He played well and did what was expected of him, he's definitely been our best defender so far this season.
  9. Play like we did today and we'll win. They're another team who like to play the ball about without knowing what to do with it and can be dodgy at the back.
  10. I doubt Ashley has even heard of Wagner.
  11. If Brighton get their game back together they'll get second place, Huddersfield just aren't clinical enough and I never felt that they offered a threat, even with all of the possession. We managed the game perfectly and it only looked as if one team was ever going to win it.
  12. If we can keep him I have very little doubt that he'll become the best manager we've had in modern times. He had us set up superbly today and we've played in mid week so he's had little time with the players to work on a plan. Remember when we had a fraud that told us we couldn't play 2 games a week? Rafa leaves nothing to chance and he's managing everything like the top manager that he is.
  13. If we can beat the teams we're supposed to beat at home we'll walk it. Our toughest game left is probably Sheff Wed away, the other are all winnable.
  14. He's a bit like Sissoko at times running with the ball and losing it but he's much more involved that Sissoko ever was and he doesn't hide from the ball and never gives up, I like him a lot.
  15. He's a fantastic player and he's made a massive difference to us since New Year when we needed somebody to step up with performances and lifting other players.
  16. We played it brilliantly, we had a hard game on Tuesday and we did what we had to so that we didn't end the game blowing out of our arses.

    Daryl Murphy

He played well and surprised me at how effective he was.
  18. Huddersfield had 76% possession and had 6 shots on target, we had 5 on target with our 24% and that tells you everything you need to know.
  19. Rafa had all planned and I believe him, he is outrageously good.
  20. Looks rather optimistic. Especially as we're 5 points clear, not 4.
