Toon_Crazy replied to JH's topic in Football
Same team except Love in for Best.... Would leave Colo another game even if fit, could do with a rest anyway. -
Not sure about in England, bu my dad's a plumber by trade. He's been on around €85k a year for a long while...(he's not self employed)

Chelsea -1 @ 1.75.

It voids that part of the accy, but the rest of your selections are still valid.

John Terry loses England captaincy, Ferdinand gets it
Toon_Crazy replied to Ishmael's topic in Football
No. Think the captain should be a role model and a great pro. He's not, simple as that so should lose it. -
Stoke or draw. odds = 1.8

What this business about Chopra at the Palace game?
Toon_Crazy replied to Big Geordie's topic in Football
Horrible wanker that spat at him, has to be said. The guy left because he didn't play, if he was first choice he would have loved to stay here. Football is his career, horrible way to treat another person. -

Close one...Nolan -
Well if we get him, it gives great options. The team will have some proper pace, which we have lacked since the Robson era really. Pace scares defences and it creates goals. All the players are quite young too. Promising.

United to beat Hull with Rooney anytime scorer. Evens.

Kieron Dyer signs one-year contract extension with QPR
Toon_Crazy replied to LoveItIfWeBeatU's topic in Football
Used to really like him, always gave me the feeling that he could do something to change the game or create a goal. While i do feel sorry for him, I force myself not to care too much. Yes he's had a horrible time with injuries but he throughout these injuries has always picked up big pay cheques and lived the life. There's many people in this world that when they no longer work, they are let go and never hired again. -
€15 on over .5 Stoke goals. Return is €22.5 €28 on Spurs -1. Return is €50.

In fairness though, they bought the club (albeit with a huge loan) so they should be rewarded for the risks and should enjoy the benefits from owning the club. The amount they have taken out is relatively small compared to interest repayments..

Ouchhh. Ah not a bad day after all, was over at a mates watching. Did a big double with Leeds and Chelsea when the goal went in. That left 150 down. Then had money on Stokes anytime scorer for Hibs (used to go to school with him so always do him anytime). After that bet, I was 35 down for the day. And now i've an open bet on West Ham, got them at 6.5 i think on betfair. 25 on it. So could turn a profit yet today! When Leeds scored? Blimey, you must have gone through the works when Man Utd were attacking. Aye the only thing that could have fooked me over was a draw! Would have been a bad bad day indeed! I've won quite a bit over the last year, today could have wiped it all out nearly...thankfully i'll be alright, possibly in profit.

Adam Johnson and Joe Ledley would be tidy little signings indeed.. Most likely reasonable wages too.. I'd be well chuffed with them
-
€500 on Chelsea and United. Returns €700.

I'd say it's all just talk because we're doing well. Nolan to Hull or Bolton? Well to go to Hull is to be asking to for another season down in this shite next year. As for Bolton, they don't even have a manager so can't really be after him... And Enrique? Doubt it considering no even N'Zogbia will stay there.
-
Good idea. Think he already signed a loan deal with some French club He's been linked, don't think it's happened. I reckon we could get him here, first team football and a big chance of playing premierleague football again within a few months.
-
Aye have them in an accy with Spurs and Cith both -1.
-
Oliver Kapo from Wigan. 6 month loan with a view to a purchase.

Won some money off a double of United and Arsenal, so have put €20 on City to beat Boro in the cup. Returns €32. If that comes off, then I'll most likely stick it all on Arsenal to beat Bolton.
