I think you're over-estimating our reserves/under-estimating the Championship. Southampton's kids got relegated, and a lot of them are very highly rated.

On the one hand, the fact that nobody can find anything on him makes me think he's not looking for publicity, and the fact that there's quotes from his spokesman makes it even better. Then there's the fact he's called Serious Manboob, nobody has ever heard of him and he has a ridiculous name, it's probably a prank. Also the fact he's spoken to the Sun and that he's spoken at all makes it seem even less likely. It's really all or nothing with this guy, he either exists and we can all get excited or it's a prank and The Sun look like tools again. It won't be another Profitable Group scenario.
