You can see the screenshot somebody got a few pages back it’s the standard account, the remember remember tweet. Then he closed his account again. I don’t know how ITK he is about the takeover but I think we all know the piracy was one of the stumbling blocks. It can only be a good thing for the takeover if it is resolved but there’s probably more stuff in the way yet. Then someone will find something else and so on forever

Was asked to give the NUFC opinion on This is Anfield - found picking our best 3 this season a real challenge. Have also spent the morning being told WBA didn’t nullify Liverpool at all and it was a freak result so there you go. https://www.thisisanfield.com/2020/12/bruces-wheels-are-falling-off-fearsome-right-flank-potency-the-view-from-newcastle/

Has he scored in open play this season? I’ve no doubt we’re capable of giving away a penalty (or two) but their goals have been well spread

We realistically can’t win any of our next 3 league games either. May as well sell him. -
They could have had the fall out pre-Palace and then got covid. It doesn’t have to be one or the other
-
I mean Ando gets the team right in advance of every game and told us pre-Palace there’d been a bust up. It just lost amongst Mimms claiming stuff via Whitney lyrics
-
Had a fall out with Deeney apparently.

Hurrah for Twitter

Salah rested to the bench apparently

It’s Shearer isn’t it? I think someone made a compilation of it years ago, it obviously gets picked up by the microphones
-
That's not his real name and he doesn't state where he works. So hard to pinpoint who he is. For us maybe, probably a bit easier for his employer.
-
Obviously I hope he's right but there is absolutely no way you would tweet about something that confidential to your job. For what, a few likes? From a club he doesn't support?

Worth remembering as well that we saw the absolute best of Hayden towards the end of Rafa’s time here. He clearly improved him over the 3 years and I think it was that Southampton game with the Perez hat trick where everything came together. Hayden was able to go and press higher up the field, Almiron was a huge threat and we had a very clear structure and game plan. It was just starting to get to the level where we could get on the front foot in matches instead of hanging on and playing on the break. Such a shame we didn’t get to see it develop further. To go from that to whatever we are now, players have basically reverted to default. Systems and tactics should get the best out of the players we have but we have a manager who doesn’t believe in all that so we are where we are.

I did a podcast with someone the other day who turned out to be a Newcastle fan. He set up backpardew.com "for a laugh" during the height of the Sack Pardew days. It's a small, silly world.

There’s bound to be some centre mid desperate to try and get regular football before Euro 2021. Desperation and short term commitment is right up our street
