I used to think he made some valid points but recently his anti-Howe agenda has been terrible. I don’t know why he’s so in love with Woltemade and him being Germany’s starting striker, most of the games I’ve seen him for Germany were like his first few months for us. Not played to his strengths but occasionally snaffled a goal

I think the reality is most clubs were happy to see us suffer a 10 point deduction which would have had a huge effect on the season and probably unsettled some of the top stars. Forest were in a similar position and we did the necessary. Anderson’s stock is a lot higher now than it was then. He was played as a winger/forward thinking midfielder, whether he would have done what he has done at Forest here is very debatable. Of course it looks shit in hindsight

Good work. He scored a goal against Waregem where in my memory he dribbled around half their team and scored but the goal seems to have been lost in time, or I imagined the whole thing.

If we sign a striker I am fairly confident Wissa will be punted to Fenerbahce or another of the more-money-less-effort leagues. Which is sad because I thought he would be brilliant but he's absolutely shite (from what we've seen so far).

We live in a world driven by clicks and engagement. People can say something controversial and it attracts more attention than “good effort lads we go again Saturday.” I do think as a fanbase we get way too low with any defeat and not the equivalent high when we win. It feels like the majority are very good at pulling the negatives from any situation and not so much the positives. On a related note, anyone else properly fatigued by this season? It must be great if you play and win all the time but every 3 days we get dragged through the wringer. Ready for the season to end and there’s another 20 games to play yet or something
