It did when we beat them 4-2 last season.... Cabaye was a big reason why that game mind. An unbelievable goal, a pen, an OG...it worked but you couldn't rely on it.
-
Think he'll play direct to counter act their pressing. Probably won't work.
-
With Borini and Ki already there on loan they'd have to pay for anybody they want
-
Don't think HBA will play wide, Pardew will be shit scared of Shaw overlapping
-
Knee is too fucked to play football... Lift 300 pound men instead

Lukaku getting the assist for the Everton goal Fuck off man
-
Whatever plans I have tomorrow night, I'm cancelling them. It's Swansea vs Hull!
-
It's almost as if Lukaku is a better striker than Jo the way this Everton team are performing

Today's draw will decide how invested I get in this year's competition. Sick of it really, I've always had a lot of time for the FA Cup but a mixture of our terrible cup runs/draws, shit coverage and a general lack of care from anybody involved has left me pretty cold on the whole thing. Wigan winning it should have been a cause for celebration but that cunt McManaman even soured that experience

It's ridiculous but I'd have Shola in the team over Cisse in this system, didn't think I'd ever say that.

Everything about that thread makes me laugh. I enjoy how they turn to criticising our "songbook" - obviously their songs are deep and meaningful

Was looking forward to the 2am carnage but 11pm is still decent. -
the problem previously has been that it's all well and good playing this way away but at home you need to be more offensive. Pardew sticks with a winning team usually but I imagine he'll put Shola in for the suspended Cabaye, or better yet Ben Arfa

They have anyone on 4 yellow cards? Boruc being out is a bonus. Gazza has been poor. Wanyama and Fonte. Wanyama's broke his leg though, Fonte might get a yellow today chasing Aguero and friends around. They've got a boat load of injuries at the minute, Clyne's out today too. Having a bit of a run similar to we did when we started like a train a few years ago then a total nose dive for a few weeks.

Shola keeping the ball for basically 3 minutes in the corner in front of the away fans is the way every match should finish
-
They only really looked like scoring from a set piece. May as well have appointed Pulis

Not going to complain at being 0-0 at Old Trafford at half time. We've done what the manager asked, whether that's right or wrong will no doubt be debated

He'll probably get a promotion and a pay rise
