What is “enough contact”?

Had to be Colwill of all players on the pitch. Think that’s a pen unfortunately

Everything about this club is top class nowadays

Pretty sure that kid was shown from the F1 pits on the world wide feed from Silverstone today wearing his NUFC shirt.

He’s more bound to win them games. He’s class.

HH or 88 (H being the 8th letter of the alphabet) are neo nazi code. Weird choice to put on your wall, especially in black and in that font, even if it matches your own initials. Can only presume the lad isn’t aware of its historical significance.
-
That HH sign on the wall Reckon he’s aware of its significance? Anyway, good to see another recruit in scouting. Becoming more and more like an actual, professional football outfit.

All this talk about a Saudi move… I’d be surprised if ASM was even remotely interested in going there, what with being a Christian and probably feeling he has stuff to prove in the PL. -
What is “CL good” anyway? We are in the CL on merit, beating teams like Chelsea, Spurs and Liverpool over 38 games. Our lack of coefficient will hurt us, but still I wouldn’t be surprised if our current crop of players would make it to round #2, and perhaps even to the knockout stage. There are a few teams obviously better than us, but I’d suggest we’re easily in the top 50% quality of teams qualified for next year’s CL. Obviously we’ve already strengthened CM significantly and with a bit of luck we’ll get a few more good players in, allowing us to stay competitive across multiple competitions, but I’m not at all worried about any lack of “CL level” players. We had about 15 of those on the books already.

Some “race” this?

Kudus is nothing like those two in the games I’ve watched like

James Maddison (now playing for Tottenham Hotspur)

I’d say it’s clear he was never fond on coming here. Spurs is a good fit for him and he’ll probably do well for them. Most important for us now is what alternatives we were considering and whether they are achievable. -
Barcelona will happily oblige, as they have with Messi’s dad.
-
As if they’ll not allow him to take a break after a long, taxing season. My guess is he’ll arrive late for pre-season training and Eddie will ease him in very slowly, which he would probably have done regardless.
-
Pretty sure that was fat Mike
-
Yet he still featured in 14 of our 18 games since the January window closed…

Should have gone last season. With the extra games and the homegrown requirements in Europe I don’t think we can afford to let him leave on loan. Besides, he was getting plenty of pitch time towards the back end of last season, so I don’t think he’d stagnate here to be honest. Big question mark about his potential in any case. From what I’ve seen of him and where this club is going I doubt he’ll ever become a first team stalwart.

No way is Elliott going on loan anyway. Don’t think AA is such a bad shout as a cheap, pure backup striker, who counts as one of four club home growns for Europe if we’re struggling with budget (due to quite rightly prioritising other positions) and to fill our squad out.
