It's as much a story for neutrals and casual watchers than anyone else. The Liverpool/ESL Six adoration from Sky is always tedious but it's no surprise.

Hasn't even got going

Absolutely loved that.
-
Fully deserved, ManU offered very, very little.

What on Earth are the defence doing

Don't think we'll ever regret avoiding a ten points deduction/having to sell Gordon or Isak.
-
Pedro looking like a proper player.
-
Just flicked it on. Is it this empty or are they all in the concourses still?
-
no wonder Howe seemed particularly salty. What a pointless line of questioning.
-
Good thing there's a week to go.

One of many players who went to Chelsea and did fuck all despite looking absolutely quality prior to going there.
-
Don't see any evidence at all that it was a poor signing. He got injured then came back in and played a meaningful role in the last third of the season, scoring some crucial goals. Now he's providing quality competition and depth on the left-hand side. What's the problem? RW has nothing to do with it.
-
I bet even Howe et al weren't expecting Gordon to progress at the rate he did. Plus we had four competitions to compete in instead of three last season, so the expectation is that he'll have played more than plenty. He started the game (with Gordon on the bench) when he got that shit injury.
-
I can see why he'd be pissed off if he was fully fit, given Gordon (by all accounts) wasn't. But it's a non-story. Standard tabloid behaviour.

Mad how the edit on the video includes it every single time. Great content.

Absolutely fucking crap that they're binning stuff off. My Virgin bill is miraculously only increasing, too.

Annoying there's absolutely no Europa on TNT, like. That's new, surely?

Interesting to see twice Conference finalists Fiorentina get a bit of a scare at home to Puscas Academy. 2-0 down after 12 minutes; now 3-2. Servette presently holding Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Hope they get embarrassed.

I give up rationalising fees these days but that sounds like an excellent deal for a great player who will make an impact for them. Sad he's going to that club but will look forward to seeing him back in the Prem.
-
I wish it was different but if he actively wants to leave then sadly it really needs to happen.
-
Really hope this happens and respect the club's approach. We're going after the best we're likely to get so I can't have any complaints with that.

Tbh I generally hate what's happened with the Trippier story. A true inspiration when he arrived, and even less than a year ago I'd have challenged you to find me a more effective RB in the world. Then his form nosedived followed by near constant speculation that he wanted to leave. It's a myth that he was useless in the second half of last season because he did sort himself out, but there's generally been a bit of a cloud above him for months. Going to the feral Goodison beasts would be the cherry on top. It's just a shame, really.

Thought of him turning out for Everton is bloody hideous.
