Thankfully i support Spurs. For what its worth, i think O'Neil is one of the best managers in the league and Villa have a very good team with strong players in near enough every position (could do with a couple of rb's and a out and out goalscorer mind) oh and maybe a left winger too. Errrrm. yeh i know Young plays there but isnt he far more effective on the right? yes and i know youve got Barry but isnt he better central? ok fair enough youve got Berger too but isnt he..........hmmmmmm crap? If he was far more effective on the right why would he be playing on the left? Doing it the Allardyce way?

Yakubu is lazy for sure but he is still a major threat. He is quick and strong and can finish in a variety of ways. Sounds like Martins..... Martins is hardly lazy, he always works his socks off Martins works but he's bloody hopeless at times. I really hope that he comes on strong after a while in the Premiership a la Benjani. It can be frustrating watching him play, aye, but I like that he tries so hard and looks so disappointed when he fails.

Good news. I think the most important quality of the next manager is that he's a winner and wont listen to the press, something id be afraid that most british managers might do. We really need a jose-type manager, someone who is very confident and knows how he wants the team to play
