If there is one team I'd happily see doing well it's Everton. Genuine football club being run in an honest way with a dignified manager and quite likeable squad. Of course this would not be at our expense.

It's nice having him on the pitch. Winning practically every header and can be commanding when Colo is out. Finally showing the sort of form we've been expecting since he was in his late teens. Massive potential, if he can stay fit and keep on improving I reckon he'll get in and around the England squad sooner rather than later. Can only see Terry, Lescott and Cahill as clearly better defenders. Maybe Jagielka too.

Fired a great shot at home v Spurs last season, against Stoke he had two screamers and at Wolves I remember him forcing a good save as well. Needs to learn to when to shoot though.

Thing with Dawson is, I used to think he was a liability back when we bummed them everytime we played and Oba took the piss out of him constantly. However, when Spurs played Champions League football and the season they finished 4th the first time, he was a giant. Remember being mightly impressed with him when they played Inter etc.

They also turned their backs to the pitch and waved Iranian flags during the song. I don't know why anyone would play Hungary IN Hungary at this moment in time, but fucking hell I really hope Uefa take action.
