He's been given a mandate and he's abiding by it. If we want to criticise him for that so be it, but that's a different argument. He's 'forced' to buy inexperienced, sometimes unwanted, players from second rate leagues. Plus, he didn't choose to get rid of the good players we brought in. Shut up, man. He's wasted tens of millions on players not fit for Premier League football. Because shit managers have forced out the good ones we've brought in and because he's blatantly not allowed to buy from England or buy anyone with any experience. What's he supposed to do? Buying players with the physicality to compete would be a good start. That's a strange criticism. It's not, its something you need to do for this division. Yeah.
