Neil, will Lukaku be in the starting 11?

That statement is missing something....... "With the strong squad we have we should all approach the season in a positive, optimistic frame of mind....except for me. I'll still be picking Jonas and Tiote when they're fit, starting Shola when I can justify it, and sending the lads out to keep it tight and possibly nick one if someone does something mint. Enjoy the season!"

I don't think anyone believes that really, I certainly don't. But I do believe he would want signings in, like any manager. Can I respond to this? You don't think anyone believes what?

They won't do anything other than keep what you've already paid. I cancelled mine in June. So whats all this about you cant cancel until February? You can, you just don't get the money back that you've already paid.

I love that people are still sticking up for him, as if he's on our side As others have already said, Keegan was a man who was on our side, one of us, and he didn't want to be part of taking the piss out of the fans. Pardew willingly signed up to talk us into continuing to hand over the cash. Bollocks to him.

Still astounded that fans who have the club's best interests at heart see fit to keep giving this bloke their money. No-one should be going within ten feet of SJP until he's gone.

And with more to lose. oh I don't know, relegation these days is rather costly True, we're not going to go down though. I wish I could be as certain but so long as the specter of JFK hangs over the club I'm considering it a strong possibility Aye, like it'll be his fault if we go down with this squad
-
of coarse he wants to sell but the same issue remains, theres no one interested and no hint of anyone being remotely thinking of possibly considering the chance of enquiring let alone bidding. Is there anyone monitoring the situation?
-
Look at the fucking state of that cunt.

so So I WIN. Nah, was more a point of how predictable we are. Like when we had the Carroll money and went after N'Zogbia... a winger. Just wanted to say 'so'

look at the best managers, Fergie, Wenger, Mourinhio etc when do they ever hang their players out to dry? They'll make up some shit about the ref to get the media from talking about how poor their side was on a day or how bad a player was and onto them and the nonsense they're spewing. You really have to do something beyond stupid to get a bad word out of them in public (in private different matter but thats to be expected) I have absolutely no problem with a manager saying 'we were terrible' today. Bobby did it. Singling out players though? Nah. obviously but even then the top managers are reluctant ever to say in public they played bad thats how protective of their players in public they are. Fergie was the master of it. Let's just agree that Di Canio's a nutcase.

The post match reaction was weird like. Apparently they didn't even play that bad until O'Shea was sent off? He could have just glossed over it and said they were unlucky with the red etc. Seems like he's always looking for an excuse to slag them off in public. I always ask for more honesty from Pardew but that's to do with team performances. Singling out players for public criticism is bad management imo.

Not many of those knocking about.
-
If he loses his place to Tiote when he returns its a joke imo He should have been in the team over Tiote since Christmas. If Tiote comes straight back in it will be more than a joke.
-
Take your point like, but Fletcher's been their best player since he signed imo. Surprised there's been no interest in him.
-
They've got some hellish fixtures coming up as well.

68, best week so far.

Saw it too many times throughout every one of his games at nufc, holding onto the ball and losing it. He is lucky his name is not tiote. Otherwise everyone will be begging for him to be ousted from the line up. Funny enough even Pardew pointed that out yesterday saying he was pulling his grey hairs out due to hba not passing at the right time, and making the team disjointed. Really frustrating player, blessed with brilliance but lacking maturity football wise. Hopefully that will come with time. He has the ability to become so much more if he can sort out the fundamentals of his game. Jesus fucking Christ man

Steady on, we beat a terrible Fulham team at home 1-0. It was a very minor improvement, the team on the pitch was forced on Pardew through injury. Yes it was a bit better, but we've got a long, long way to go.
