Just my opinion but I’m not sure about the flags hung from trusses/pulleys. There’s something unique about a surfer flag moving over a heaving mass of people. Hanging it from the roof just not the same vibe IMO, looks like Slipknot are about to start playing and it’s going to drop.

I find statements such as ‘football clubs are different, they should be protected’ really odd. Well, yeah, but there’s absolutely nothing that isn’t subject to rampant capitalism, including all of our personal relationships. Why should football be any different? For example, if we’re not making moves to ensure that we can properly raise our kids without sending them to nursery when they’re 6 months old, which impacts massively on their development and ultimately their mental health, why are we bothered about football?

What they can change is allowing ST holders priority access to buy additional tickets by not automatically making them members. If we're trying to get to as 'fair' a system as possible it's an easy win IMO.

I've used it as well via very kind people on this forum, not fair though is it. By all means ST holders should be able to buy them on general sale, but preferential treatment before everyone else isn't fair IMO.

There is always extra interest in evening games, happened with Everton, too. One thing they definitely need to get rid of is ST holders getting priority on buying extra tickets, that's ridiculous.
