Did very well. Seems up to speed with the pace and strength of the English game already which is nicely surprising. I don't think he was fully fit either... looked a bit knackered towards the end, not suprising really the amount of runs he made....Really really impressed with him. If I remember correctly the PSG fans seemed to think he was a better midfielder than a defender. My not work out but could be worth a shot. Yeah, I mean i haven't seen anywhere near enough of him to make a judgement, that works both ways. Could always give it a go. Personally I want Taylor back in the middle of defence so if Rozehnal going into midfield makes way for that then I'm all for giving it a go. edit - That's basically what you said in your op.

Seems like he can carry the ball a bit which we miss from the middle, I have doubts about whether the rest of his game is good enough to do a job for 90 mins in midfield though.

I can understand why he has started Harper, maybe to prove a point. I don't buy this 'harper hasn't done anything wrong' stuff though. Given has proved he is a better keeper over the years and is one of the best in the world. We need him back in asap.
