To say he would happily have played a bit part role on a new contract when he just agreed to mutually terminate his current deal in order to find a club that will play him regularly is logically flawed.
-
He played in their last pre-season match this season as well. Scored too. Took him into my fantasy team as a result. Big mistake.
-
Awesome signing. Not the worst set of wide forwards to have in him, Willian, Pulisic, Hudson-Odoi. Assume Pedro is not getting his contract renewed.

I've watched a few videos of her on youtube. She's very talented. Her channel is called StuntPegg.

Didn't know Roque Santa Cruz still plays Loved him on CM 01/02

You play for 7 clubs: development club, big move at 21, another at 24, at 27, then three on the way down at 30 onwards FLIK IK Start Newcastle Barcelona OGC Nice (Thanks for the tip Baba ) Cerezo Osaka (Any big Japanese club basically) Orlando

Pretty sure we dominated Fulham final match of last season, so if 236 days is "a long while" then yes, he's correct.

Ba The strikers I can recall we have signed since the fat guy signed us: Ba, Cisse, Gayle, Joselu, Mitrovic, Riviere, Perez, Kuqi, Best, xisco, and Løvenkrands. Then you can argue if they where goalscoring strikers... I would deem a 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 stiker as a proper goalscorer. Theres not too many in that list. Mark Viduka was under Ashley as well, right? Free transfer though, just as Ba

Has there been any actual proof that a bid has been made, or that there's been interest? So glad I sat this one out besides the odd mis-click of topic on this forum, such as now.

Formation doesn't matter for this squad as long as everyone is behind the ball, graft and try to nick a lucky goal on or right after set pieces.
-
7 goals in 3 games. Kid is a machine. Played 34, 25 and 77 minutes in those three games, which is equivalent to 1.5 matches. He's a good player but boy did he make the right decision going to this Dortmund team.

On 65k, hasn't played in 2 1/2 seasons for us. One was willing to compromise on his contract in order to pursue regular first team football, the other knows he'll never earn close to what he does here and thus has no interest in coming to an agreement for termination of his contract with the club.
-
There would be no incentive for Ashley to release him if he had to pay up the entirety of his remaining contract so Ki has given something back in order to be released.
-
Opens up a slot for wor Jack in the squad.
-
I don't believe for a second that Bowen was keen on NUFC. He's had Bruce as manager before.
-
In some way it's probably similar to the reason why talking about Ashley always decend into comments about what you would do to him violently.

Besides Ødegård and Håland, the Norwegian player I'd most like to see in a Newcastle shirt. Great singing. FMP

well....are we really certain that there's uncertainty surrounding the ownership? We've been through this a couple of times now.

They already do. He'd do well with them to the point where they are back in the PL tbf. He'd get praise form them, and they would ridicule us about how we could possibly have disliked him. He saved us from oblivion you know….It's only after 2-3 years back in the PL that some of them will realize that there's no desire to push on after promotion even though they seemingly have everything in place to do so, and 2-3 relegation/promotions before it sinks in for the majority. Would be fun to see it unfold.
-
I'd question his motives and sanity more if he expressed a desire to stay here tbh

With the added strength to possibly win Serie A this season.

I don't think anyone are missing that point, which is why he has had a fairly easy ride so far without much criticism. He's young in terms of premier league games played, but at 22 he's not young in footballing terms. To some degree I feel like the things he did really well last season shouldn't be affected by the system/tactics. He looks slower, incapable of creating space for himself with the ball and doesn't pass the ball with the same accuracy and confidence. Don't think I've seen one attempted cross field pass from him this season - he had a couple of great ones last season. I doubt Bruce has specifically asked him not to attempt one. I hope it's just a dip in form/confidence but that hope gets slimmer every match he plays.
