THE DAY IS SAVED
-
Pros for saving the last sub: 1. In case of another injury 2. Tactical sub to stall as it will be a lot of added time Completely justified by Howe.
-
Is it something new that play is stopped due to injury in the crowd? Can't remember seeing it happen before, but loads of times this season, two times at St. James'.
-
I love the enthusiasm and eagerness to see our newly aquired jewel, but it's fucking tedious at the same time to read all the posts when it's fairly obvious why he's not on now or started last match like.
-
We'll have no players left in a few weeks if winning keeps costing us 2/3 bodies every time.
-
Fucking gold hair in asses.
-
And we get an early injury on Trippier. Fuck
-
Would love an early second yellow for McGinn to sooth my nerves.
-
I don't think it's fair to include Fraser here, at least not based on his performance today. He's had two decent crosses into dangerous areas and was positioning himself for a massive opportunity if Wood had played him through instead of going for the shot.

Didn't the Brighton fan say Dan Burn wasn't a very good header? Been a long time since I've seen a CB of ours finding so many team mates with headers, and he hasn't lost one duel so far.
-
It was adressed in the sense that he for some reason would be unhappy/unsettled at not being started. I don't really care whether he starts or not at this point seeing how our midfield has performed lately.
-
Only missing Konsa as far as I can see.
-
He's been in Newcastle/UK for 9 days
-
Two strong teams that. Hope to god Trippier doesn't flare up his injury from Tuesday.
-
Who?
-
I'll have to take your and others word for it. In terms of goals and assists he certainly didn't contribute much for an attacking midfielder, but that doesn't have to tell the whole truth of what he contributed to the team on the pitch.
-
Our GD is 1 goal better than the total goals scored by Norwich so far this season. It would have to be several capitulations of epic proportions for us to fall behind Norwich on goal difference. Can't see that happening based on how we've played after Howe came in.
-
Isn't it more likely that it will fuel them on in more winnable games? They've already shown they can come back from looking absolutely chanceless of staying up to putting themselves in a better position. Look at Everton today after getting spanked by us mid-week.
-
Why are people concerned about goal difference between us and Norwich? We're -20, Norwich -35
-
They can claim whatever they want thanks to little/no video footage. Maybe his play style was pleasing on the eyes, or he was very inconsistent with a very high upper ceiling? His stats suggest he wasn't all that compared to how he's described by nostalgic fans.

Think we should pursue Botman over Ake and Koulibaly. I want some exciting, promising talents that can be our future potential club legends we can still enjoy watching in 10 years from now. Ake is frankly a fucking boring option. For me, January was the month to sign him if we ever were to do so. Koulibaly is a band aid solution for the short term which would only slow down the progress of younger talents.

Is it fair to say if Everton goes down, they will be the best team on paper ever relegated from the Premier League? West Ham had some decent players in 2003, but many of them were very young at that time. We had many big names in 2008, but many of them on the decline. Everton has many big names who are in their prime at the moment.

Late to the party but I hope someone snaps Zoumas legs in half beyond fucking repair and eternal fucking pain first match he starts after this.

Empathy and care for animals is one of the most important traits in a human imo. Great stuff
