  1. When did their players start to care at all? Is that a song? If they care about their chances of coming back from the Championship they'll let us win anyway.
  2. Yeah, I misunderstood that too. Not in England but the Glasgow sides are an obvious exception to the City rule. I remember one of my law professors telling us that reports of domestic violence double when those lunatics play each other.
  3. I fail to see how it has any effect on Man U - Norwich. Man U simply have to win that game, regardless.
  4. There are real feelings involved, that's the big difference. Newcastle, though overly dominated by dickhead students, has to some extent progressed as a diverse metropolis while Sunderland really is one of the worst places, if not the worst, in this country. Going through the primary catchment areas of their support is genuinely like driving back into 1983. It's sheer insecurity, self-hatred and envy and I wish our lot would just rise above it and forget about them.
  5. You don't half post some shit, like.
  6. What the fuck is going on in here?
  7. Surely Villa will throw the game anyway so Norwich and Sunlun' go down instead?
  8. Why post that shit, seriously?
  9. Interesting use of lower case letters for no good reason.
  10. Am I right in thinking that point doesn't make a difference to them? They still need to beat Boro or they'll finish 3rd.
  11. The three players that have all but won Leicester the league absolutely haven't played top level football most of their careers Exactly And again, that argument would hold water if this season isn't the glaring exception to the norm we all know it is.
  12. We don't though. We buy their average players and always will with our self-imposed budget constraints.
  13. Riyad Mahrez. We need to look elsewhere, though. It's a completely different pace and standard of football and our insistence on buying players from there, especially for key positions, is one of the biggest reasons we've been so hopelessly fragile since returning to the PL. I'd much rather we looked at Spain, Holland and here.
  14. Ligue 2, who's that? Either way. Leciester have a core that have played top level football for most of their careers and Mahrez is an outstanding exception.
  15. An added benefit of Rafa staying would be the end of us dipping into that fucking godawful league for a while.
  16. There's only a year between them or he would have.
  17. One of the heaviest bits of filmmaking I've ever seen, that. Really tough to watch.
  18. To be fair, with their resources they've underachieved for a decade now. Don't blame them for wanting a change. They're going nowhere simply waiting for Wenger to call it a day.
  19. Far better player than the likes of Gouffran who's somehow managed 100 games for us.

    Yohan Cabaye

Of course he bottled it, he let the pressure get the better of him and took a shit penalty. Probably never taken a pen in such circumstances before (against former club, used to be adored by their fans, could send them down, just been hurled a load of abuse taking a corner 1 minute previously in the Strawberry corner), words from Anita and Cisse also probably put some doubt in his mind. If Darlow went the wrong way nobody would've said a word, though. There's a difference between it being an imperfect strike (which it was, obviously) and a bottle job. Honestly, people don't half let their emotions produce some daft and pointless posts on here.
  21. Do City spend every summer trying to identify defenders who are good in a relative sense but utterly inadequate for a title-winning first Xl?

    Yohan Cabaye

I don't like Yohan Cabaye one bit but he's a bottler because he had a penalty saved? Bottlers (in that sense) don't usually reach the age of 30 with a perfect penalty record, like.
  23. f*** off prick, have a bit of respect For a 40-year-old you probably spend too much time calling people names on the internet, like.

    Paul Dummett

Except nobody said he's a 'world-beater LB' and most of us have had pretty consistent opinions of him since he established himself in the side.
