  1. He wasn't bad yesterday at all. Played well I thought.
  2. Sure it wasn't just Paully screaming at him?
  3. Mind, there's no need for this silliness.
  4. Ron loved Smudge back in the day, do you not remember that? I loved your mother far more. I hated the utterly shit cunt, for the record.
  5. Ronaldo

    Papiss Cissé

We were. He should start most of our remaining games.
  6. And some still concluded we'd had a good transfer window. Thick as bricks.
  7. Forster's nowhere fucking near as good as Butland, man.
  8. It's very sad but I just don't see us getting out of it. We binned McClaren far too late and made an absolute pig's fucking ear of the transfer window when it was blatantly obvious what two positions needed strengthening. We're going.
  9. based on what?! The only way he should be in the team is with someone like Perez linking up with him. Plus Perez has actually scored 5 goals for us this season and needs the confidence to keep playing from a new manager. De Jong has done fuck all for us this season. Based on the fact he's better. Perez should be used as an impact sub against tired legs.
  10. What the hell has that got to do with his portion of the blame? There's no chain of causation to be broken here. He should've done better, he didn't, we conceded.
  11. He was also poor for the goal we conceded. Again.
  12. You'd think people would learn, like. Golf shoes if you're gonna run onto the pitch.
  13. Lots of improvement needed but he's already preferable to Steven Taylor, which I'm grateful for.
  14. Think it's time for him to start ahead of Perez, like.
  15. Yeah that was gonna happen.
  16. Defoe just had to turn up to score, man. More nous in his penis than the shit we're relying on for goals.
  17. Dreamt that we lost 4-0. 3 goals late on, all scrappy as fuck.
  18. Yeah, I'm sure they will if they go down, like. It would likely mean they'd have won a maximum of 1 game from their last 21.
  19. It's a contributing factor to Spain's success, and it obviously includes youth development. Young players learn far too little from reserve/U-21 fixtures. They need to be playing against men sooner, learning to play at that pace and intensity.
  20. Of course the posters disparaging the idea are the same ones who hate to see the national side do well anyway.
  21. Amazing scenes here I think you need to be a tad more subtle than that, like.
  22. I'm not so sure. I think it's time we adopted the Spanish model of B teams competing against first teams in the lower leagues and this is obviously a step in that direction. Allows the bigger clubs a bit of an advantage, unfortunately, but it's certainly the best thing for the international setup and probably the domestic aspect of our game in the long run.
  23. Everton would be right down there without Lukaku, like.
