He's a box-to-box player, it's not really that complicated. I don't think he's good enough to start but he's a better bet to get on the end of chances than any of our midfield lot, apart from perhaps Cabaye.

Still play him above Jonas and even Anita in certain games. Fills a gap that nobody else in the squad does and will only get better and better as he matures and gets consistent playing time.

Richard Dunne is woeful, worse than Williamson. Not that there's any truth in it like. Nonsense. Better in every way. He's not like, he's been on a swift decline for the past 3 or 4 seasons. Wife's dad is a Villa fan and said he has been absolutely woeful, and at fault for so many of their goals conceded (especially last season). Williamson has very poor distribution but he's decent in the air and a decent backup, although clearly shot of confidence. Have a word with yourself. He is a young lad learning his trade who has been thrust in at a level he's not yet ready for. He needs to go out on loan but due to our ineptitude in building a squad he hasn't been allowed to do so. Some of our fans have a terrible attitude towards some of our younger players who aren't yet ready for first team football. Some might never be ready but to hurl such abuse at them isn't going to help is it? youngsters into a struggling team never works. That said I think he's poor at best. This.
