Both our first choice strikers being injured at the same time is the issue really.

Everton vs. Newcastle United: 05/10/24 @ 17:30 (Sky Sports)

I mean, there’s no such thing as a top 6 team until the final table is drawn. Bollocks to that kind of stuff. -
What’s is Kingston Park now, 5k? Any option which doesn’t involve a top-level stadium I just find hard to imagine. Have there ever been PL games played in such a makeshift place?
-
I dunno, maybe with the right level of security and if they get paid loads of money.
-
It’s the only question that stops me going all in on a new ground in the same location. Like I said, the fans will hate it but Sunderland seems the way to go.
-
I just can’t see any other option. Gateshead would be laughable, it’s a dump. Unless we totally rebuild that first.

I feel this is likely too, very concerning if we just forget about the Man City performance and revert to being passive and shit. -
Sounds ambitious and class as expected, albeit no new information really. My question would just be where else can we play while SJP is closed? Sunderland seems the only viable option. Staying in the city is absolutely key so good to read that from our friendly anonymous source. Could be absolutely epic if they can somehow pull off a full rebuild on the same site. Genuinely would be the best stadium in the country if not in Europe.

I can hear the fucking drum on the radio.

I don’t think Palace are in the mix TBH.
-
How come Mateta has been dropped? Looked in great form.
-
It’s not the design.
-
That looks like something they’d build at Neom TBF. Or at least tell people they’re going to build.
-
Lascelles is better than people think IMO, decent player.
-
Still unclear how that happened.
-
It’s the clearest option by a mile, just can’t ever see it happening. But I’d be fine with it personally.
-
Gateshead is dropping to bits, it would probably collapse if there was a person in every seat. Playing PL games there would be absolutely mental.
-
What I can’t say is, where is also could we play? Like completely away from the area?
-
They still need a majority vote.

It’s a likely win if we’re at it. -
Seen loads of clickbait from YouTubers about what we're DEFINITELY DOING. Haven't clicked on any of them.
-
Aye, standing as a reaction is normal and you have to be a prong to complain about that.
-
There’s arguments on both sides for standing up I guess. More debatable than telling you to stop singing anyway. I normally watch those moments either perched on the back of my seat or in a half crouch so I don’t block the person behind me
-
Never heard it either. But I don’t go in the strawberry corner I guess.

Newcastle United 4-1 Paris Saint-Germain (04/10/23)

Hmm, I think he could be kept as a squad player but that’s it. Even his goal in this game is straight at the keeper and should have been saved. I think his level is upper championship or relegation battle starter, sub for anyone else.
