I think we'd be weaker if we took out Lascelles to play Burn. Rotation exists I know, before anyone hammers me.

I'm just not that excited about having Burn back and I don't think it will help us 'that much'. It's a good point about Luton and Forest games though, I hadn't thought about the fixtures in detail. Overall I don't rate Burn particularly highly, but I do massively respect him for what he has given for the team.

Yes, I just meant I’m not particularly looking forward to having him back in the team. Particularly think he would have been destroyed playing in the recent team with the fragmented nature of our displays. To give people a break, OK if it’s necessary, but I wouldn’t expect much of an upturn in performances.

I don’t want Burn back in at all TBH, maybe to cover LB for a game while we rest Trippier.

The nature of the games is more important than the amount IMO, for sure. And even our PL games have been pretty difficult recently.

Can you really see Ramsdale being the best keeper we can identify?

Hate to say it but Longstaff would be demolished in these kind of games as well.

It’s really only in the last two games we’ve looked truly knackered. Before that I don’t think there was any argument that we needed to change style, start parking the bus, play for draws and all that. We’ve just run out of road with two tough away games.
