This is a funny season in a way. We’ve got our forever-manager and some great signings before we’ve got the underlying structure of the club sorted. Of course you have to do that because you go down without those things. But I guess we’ll have to be patient if superstars don’t arrive as quickly as we might like. There will still be situations like in January, where we think we have a player and the goalposts get moved etc. We don’t have the perfect recruitment machine in place yet.

I’m wavering on it TBH. I think when he have more possession we can probably allow Bruno to be the deeper player and have someone else more creative ahead of him. But then I guess there’ll be games against good teams where we might need extra protection as well.

I feel he has improved his team play and passing, you can see he’s trying. Defending is another thing though, not sure he is physically capable or mentally suited for it. It’s possible though.

It’s going to be really competitive next season, even the likes of Fulham will be interesting.
