i see talent and potential in sammy personally, but it seems totally directionless like he's not being shown how to play properly...i also think his physique needs to develop further he may well be a late bloomer in combining his skill, speed and strength (to come) to good effect...as stated though, he'll need good coaching for this

fitness, , organisation, motivation and not being totally and utterly inept can take you quite far in the greatest league in the world...as long as the players they're bringing in buy into what he wants to do then they'll be fine i reckon don't see them pulling up any trees mind, but relegation will not be a worry for them imo
