What's the money on Dzeko? There's a huge chance he only plays 3 games in the World Cup, must be better bets there. Has a s*** group though, should possibly rack up 3-4 goals in the group stage. It it would give me 3-4 £5 free bets in the group stage, where most of the fun is to be had. Think Bosnia will advance as well. Iran rarely concedes goals and Nigeria are probably in the same bracket in terms of quality. I do think they'll advance but don't expect them to score that many. I'm not saying good, I'm saying decent. Decent on this scale is compared to other managers currently in jobs out there. I don't think he'd be a great manager. I'm basing my thoughts mostly off him having experienced some of the top (although also some of the worst) managers in the game and in general having an aura around him that seems to generate respect from players. Compared to a lot of other ex-players who've tried their hand at management he seems to have a much better starting spot on the course to being an okay manager.

I don't get this. Because he failed at keeping a sinking ship afloat with eight games available? Not that I'd necissarily want him as manager of Newcastle, but I think it's more likely that he'd be a decent manager than not if he actually bothered to try. We'll never know though, so either way it's just opinion.

Gets paid a silly amount of money just to sit in a comfy chair at the bbc with no pressure. Get real man he's never going to be a decent manager. His current job has no bearing on his potential ability as a manager. I said I think he has the potential, but obviously he'd need to decide to go for the profession and get a club. He obviously won't drop down to the Championship/League 1 to prove himself though so we'll never know. I think however that if he did try, he'd at least be decent.
