  1. We are playing really well considering we are missing Wilson, Maximin, Joelington, Trippier, Willock, Shelvey and Schar. Incredible how organized and compact Howe has made us in just a few months. Can't wait for next season like, bright times ahead.
  2. Good start from us. We look at least one trillion times more organized in just a few months under Howe than we ever did under Bruce.
  3. Great comeback from Real, they did look absolutely hopeless in the first leg. I've noticed a great contrast in the mangers tonight. Ancelotti has looked calm and collected even after Real conceded while Poch has looked absolutely miserable and scared from the kick off. Shocked they didn't sack Poch after finishing 2nd in the league last league, doesn't seem to be the type of character for this group of lads.
  4. Like in every single game. The amount of shirt-pulling, pushing and grabbing inside the box he gets away with is amazing.
  5. 1.2 billion spent since 2012 (about the same as City in the same time period). How is their defense so bad, they've got shocking return considering the money they've spent on players/wages.
  6. Fantastic win, good job lads! Dubravaka 6 - Nothing to do Targett 8 - Excellent again. Solid defensively and made some good runs Burn 7.5 - Comfortable day at the office, dealt with everything that came his way Schar 8 - Same as Burn, gets a bonus point for a good assist Krafth 7 - His best game for us? Shelvey - 7.5 Good in possesion. Seems to be more fit than under Bruce Willock - 7.5 -Wasn't involved too much but took his goal really well Joelington - 8.5 BEAST motm Murphy - 6.5 - Average Fraser - 8 didn't stop running and pestering them throughout Wood - 6 - Desperate to get on the scoresheet. Worked hard but lacks quality.
  7. Joelington, Targett or Fraser for me. The whole team has played well today like, even Krafth had a decent game.
  8. He doesn't even attempt to get the ball, goes over it and straight for the trample. Good decision.
  9. I fucking love Joelington. What a turnaround. I'd honestly lost all hope of him making it, been absolutely tremendous since he moved to the midfield. First name on the team sheet for me.
  10. Genuinely still laughing at that Wood attempt. Granted I didn't think he'd score, but that was so shite
  11. Fucking love those epic big flags, you guys are doing fantastic work. Reminded me of when I was watching Poland - Russia during Euro 2012 and the Ruskis somehow smuggled the biggest flag I have ever seen into the stadium
  12. Aye would be a canny signing. We were also linked with Oshimen so we've been looking at the Napoli squad seemingly, my absolute dream signing would be Zielinski if we stay up. Dunno how realistic that is but we'd have the ability to cause serious damage with the likes of Bruno and Zielinski running the show through the middle, would give us an insane passing range and we'd be devastating on the break.
  13. Shame we didn't go for any wingers. I'm not feeling too confident on relying on Fraser, Murpyhy and Almiron if Maxi gets injured like

    Jesse Lingard

Really hope we get him, we desperate need somebody who can actually kick the ball and score some goals. Would be a very good window all things considered if we get him over the line Wood ASM Lingard Joelington Shelvey Bruno Targett Burn Schar/Laca Trippier Dubbie Wonder if we'll switch to 4-4-2 when Wilson returns and him upfront with Wood?

    Joelinton

We beat Leeds 10-0 in player treatments needed on the field. Kudos to the team really, clearly a lot of them fighting through injuries and knocks.
  16. We better, cause there is 0% chance of us keeping a clean sheet like
  17. 3 points and 6 goals scored in 9 away games this season. I want to be optimistic but don't think there is much reason to be so. Trippier is obviously a fantastic pick-up and despite an underwhelming debut I think Wood is a decent buy, though I'd obiously rather have Wilson up front. So around mid January we've only improved one position in our starting XI. I thought we'd be more prepared come the transfer window and there would be more players brought in by now. Obviously difficult getting players in during this stage but we are in desperate need of more. We won't win many if any games with Shelvey-Longstaff as our midfield paring and the team has no resolve or ability to see out games even if we luck ourselves into scoring first. 3-1 loss for me
  18. Can't believe how much I've missed Paul Dummett
  19. Good job guys! Love it, gets me motivated as hell. Bet it fires up the players too!
  20. A bit unlucky yeah, but hardly harsh. Red all day
  21. Will be harsh on Lewandowski when France win the Euros and Kante gets awarded the Ballon d'Or 2021. Done all he can to carry a very average side
