I love him and really want him to turn out to be a fantastic player for us but he was awful yet again today, he lost his confidence and that's really not good when your playing in such a crucial position.

A better player in an area we're piss awful in. Are we though? all the player who play there can hold their own. would much rather we got a wing-back or a striker.

He's the best left-back we had in a really long while, looks quality and i hope we get him back.

Downgrade from Willems but good to have him back regardless especially with the former injured for the rest of the season by the looks of it.

The rest of the 10 in our team play a different game than he does, he's a game on his own which is really entertaining but also means we always have something different when he is on the ball, what a cross that was.

The second half proved just how easy he is to subdue. One block from the 17 yr old sub who was brought on instead of the RB he had been rinsing, and Atsu decided his game was up. He visibly wilted after that and gave up trying to beat him and started playing safe passes instead. He did put in a peach of a cross for Joelinton to miss afterwards.

He's 34 and clearly isn't that good any more yet Manchester United and Inter Milan are fighting over him?

Keep him out for the weekend and bring him back against Rochdale at home if he is close to a return.

He can play him in the home replay against Rochdale to get some fitness, he is far from ready to play in the premier league, although knowing the genius we have as our manager he will start him against Wolves and have Adama Traore run at him all game.
