Lovely message from Yasir, it does seem that this is a positive step for the club and both Amanda and Mehrdad will forever be welcomed and loved by all those associated with our club.

It seems like the right time and the right conditions for her to leave, if PIF buy her stakes it will show they are even more serious in making this work, she's done an amazing job getting the takeover done and has helped the club start to run very well every since, but ultimately it seems that she and her husband were too involved in the club even for someone who owned so little shares, its time to let people with more experience at that level take the decisions.

Massive love and respect to them both, classy people who have helped transform our club to the better both short and hopefully long term, i can't help but feel that this too is also a positive step and looking forward for the owners going forward to continue building what they started.

I assume Paul has spent his first week trying to convince Eddie not to pay 70m for Solanke?

Almiron has to go but i would keep Murphy, you need him as cover for multiple positions and realistically we won't sign two right wingers.

Can't wait to see him go personally.
