I don't think i can fault him for much yesterday, the only thing i'd like to see more personally is using the full squad in games for example yesterday we have a few players who returned late from international games like Joelinton, we could've offered him a rest and started Miley instead who looked better when he came on 2nd half. unlike previous years we have a better squad so we can use it more. Also feel like Murphy needs to get a run of games now as Elanga has been such a let down, i understand starting him and wanting it to work but Eddie usually takes his time with new signings, take him off to reduce the pressure and we know Jacob is reliable when called upon.

I'm usually on his case but thought he was alright today, tried to create and take on his man whenever he could, it was Elanga that really looked off.

Looked really nice and composed when he played and did well for the assist. I would like us to have players like him start more often, we have a long season and we can't start the same three every game, today felt like it made sense to rest the Brazilians with all their traveling and give others a chance.

What a fucking finish that was. One thing i would say is i hope he starts challenging for the ball in the air to win position more, he seems hesitant to do that so far.

Got absolutely schooled today by our midfield three, they were activly targeting him and kicking the shit out of him it's a good learning experience for him and his development for when he comes back to play with us.

Thought he struggled a bit with their physicality and didn't have much space to work with, still pressed well and got another goal to add to his books, really excited about seeing his progress with us.
