Far better on the left than as a striker but he really is a poor striker of the ball.
-
Started his career for us playing like an absloute donkey, runs kicking the ball between right and left like he can play with both feet but he can't do anything useful with either. There is a player there but its worrying just how lacking he is in the final third.

Hugo Ekitike (not playing for Liverpool for a while)
Newcastle Fan replied to Miggys First Goal's topic in Football
If i am not mistaken he was our first target even before we signed Isak, i like the stories about him having personal trainers for every aspect of his game and constantly working on himself even during the summer, it shows in his performances but will be interesting to so see how Liverpool can keep both him and Isak happy. -
Its not just a feeling its a fact

Play shit players and you get shit like that.

Wonderful person and a fantastic GK on his day, i was complaining for years that he needs to be called up to the dutch team and when he was finally called he picked up a serious injury and was never the same afterwards.
-
It was great use of the squad yesterday, i think we need to continue doing that in the upcoming three games and trust those that don't start usually to preform when they do start.
-
He made the premier league look too easy today, dominated in the back, got bored and started bombing forward.
-
Thought he's got his tactics spot on after a tough night on Thursday.
-
Looks a lot better as an impact sub than starter.
-
What a fucking engine on him, it will be good to rest him against Bradford though and keep him fresh for Arsenal.
-
I liked the look of him today, he suits a back three and looked comfortable.
-
Tough game for our attacking player but he still had chances to impact the game.
-
Honestly with a performance like this there isn't much reason for Trippier to be starting, Tino and Hall should go back to being or starting full backs.

Lewis Miley: signs six-year contract extension (Official)

He's only 19 and playing and does not look out of place at all in the toughest league in the world. no issue with him playing safe as more experienced players can take more risks. -
Tough game for any striker to play but he held his own well, thought he was unlucky as he was getting nothing from the rest and every time he touched their player he called foul on him
-
He dosn't add much to to the team either defending or going forward, lots of hard work but needs to up his level.
-
Between him and Burn for man of the match today, looked incredible and happy that he got through 90 minutes with no injuries.

Bournemouth vs. Newcastle United: 21/09/25 @ 14:00 (Sky Sports)
Newcastle Fan replied to HaydnNUFC's topic in Football
I must say this is one of least favorite fixtures of the season, we always seem to not be up for it and i believe that Howe has never beaten Bournemouth with us (and never beat us with Bournemouth!). they will be very physical and after thursday night i don't know much our players are up for this one. -

Great effort yesterday, it looked fantastic. -
He's been having some terrible games recently, takes way too much time in the ball when under pressure.
