I had a right laugh mind when he mis-controlled the ball past one Bournemouth player only to do the exact same thing to the next Bournemouth player. It reminded me of Boris Johnson playing football.

Was one of many who were really poor yesterday. From my seat he looked to have had a good chance very early on which he snatched at. Was unlike him anc wasn’t shown on MOTD.

My mate couldn’t go yesterday, he put his ticket up for resale. First time ever it didn’t get sold. The 3 seats next to his belong to someone who lives abroad, his son was there with 2 young kids, they left at HT. The seat to my right had been sold, the next 2 were empty, ST holders who couldn’t sell them. In total, out of 9 seats next to each, 7 were empty for the 2nd half. Really great view seats in The Milburn. As for the atmosphere, fans started off full of support for Eddie and the team but, the player performances drive that enthusiasm down.

I’m baffled by Wissa mind. He should have been 30M max however, he did score goals at Brentford and he went wild celebrating Osula’s winner against Man U, which suggested engagement. Eddie clearly isn’t happy with him or he would get game time. He must be the worst trainer imaginable.

This lad was awesome in the LC Semi at the Emirates; hadn’t played for a while and was unbelievable. Fast forward and he looks finished, his body has given up and he’s lost his confidence.

We’re a very average team at the minute. There’s a case to get rid of just about every player apart from Hall, Bruno, Miley and Ramsey imo. The rest either want away or aren’t good enough. I’m a Barnes fan but he was shocking as the rest today.

DCL bit lucky not to have a foul given against him imo. Led with a hand in the face which prevented Yoro heading the ball.

He made a really good reflex save but we may as well have not had a keeper in nets for that corner in the 1st half and the free kick in the 2nd half (when the ref gave a ridiculously soft free kick on Mateta). Not good enough.

At the time I started off with the same opinion. I know someone who is in regular contact with Bruno and they told me that Bruno wanted Isak gone, most of the players wanted him gone and Eddie and Isak weren’t even talking. He’d effectively gone; there was no going back. PIF weren’t having it. If we’d done the deal once he’d decided to stay at home/ gone to Spain our replacement wouldn’t have been Wolte. I’m no fan of player power and yes we got good money, eventually, but that’s now gone and we’ve not replaced him. This isn’t a case of hindsight, Isak wanted to leave and the manager, backroom staff and players wanted him out. In those circumstances and the facts you sell and move on. Yasir wanting to keep hold of his favourite players is school boy stuff.

I think PIF seriously damaged our pre season tbh. I believe Eddie and the players wanted Isak out as soon as he didn’t get on the plane and PIF fucked about trying to get him to stay. Weeks were wasted. Yes, Wissa was a poor choice but he wasn’t Isak’s replacement. I cant believe that Woltemade would have ended up as that choice.

Palace were awful, we looked like we couldn’t really be arsed. The last 2 league games have been truly terrible performances. There’s something seriously wrong when you look at both the performances and some of the player choices. We should have won that at a canter and yet nobody could be at all surprised at how it finished. Most of us probably expected it. Eddie has a job on to pull this around.

I just think Tuchel would prefer O’Reilly (not that I’d agree with him) at LB and will give him every chance to make the position his. I’d have Eze over Gordon though his lack of game time goes against him. I just don’t feel that Gordon has enough quality at the highest level.
