Meh it's 8 games. We were shit before, signing a few players wasn't immediately going to reverse years of mismanagement, even if our part of our team looks half decent on paper. Very few of us thought he was the answer before so I don't really understand what's changed. Some of the players look like dead wood now. I just wish we'd got Tuchel when we have the slimmest of chances, but managing us really appears to be a mug's job.

Did I think he was the right choice when he came in? No. Do I think he's the right choice now? No. Saying that, some of the players in this squad are either total rubbish or don't give a fuck. If he's to stand a chance he needs to find out who they are quick. Hint: Haidara, Colback and Cisse are a good place to start.

Perez has to be a better choice than him after this. To be honest I thought he was before, even if he isn't necessarily an ideal player to play up front by himself.

As bad a Colback is, a player in CM like Tiote is exactly what we don't need.

Needs more games against quality sides like Northampton.
