Anyone had any experience of getting Fortuna Dusseldorf tickets in a big group? There's 11 of us going in a few weeks and can't seem to find any contact details for the club that actually work.

Just a point but if we actually go with the back 3 that Howe has been looking at it definitely wouldn’t make a RW a priority (Hall & Livramento with the width). Perhaps this is why all the effort is on right type of centre back.

I'm not saying he's a world beater but I think last season he proved he was at least worth the odd start and definitely a good enough squad member. It's good to hear someone having their season wrote off after playing 30 minutes in our first game before he was taken off because we went down to 10 men and also after an away game against a team we've struggled against in recent years.

Ugarte couldn't get a game for PSG at the end of last season, they looked much better with him out of the team with Vitinha & Fabian Ruiz starting. Man Utd once again spending very big on players who can't get into the team of clubs they should be challenging with, see De Ligt.

Vlad leaves on loan, Dubravka on a permanent. Trafford becomes number 2 with an eye to taking over from Pope in a year or so, Ruddy becomes what he joined for (3rd choice and English qualified) & Gillespie continues to have the best job in the world.

Looks more than a bit draft on Palace & Parish if this does end up going through, all the TV time last week and Guehi doing interviews when he clearly wants away.

Out of interest, when was the last time he played on the right side? With Kelly, Botman & Burn we're pretty well stocked with left sided central defenders which is a bit of an anomaly.

Not saying Cherki couldn’t turn into something but if he’s available for the £12m that they’ve apparently bid you probably should ask why no other higher rated PL team is in for him. They either don’t feel he’s ready or don’t feel he’s good enough, it’s not like they’re signing up from some far flung universe, clubs will have scouts watching Lyon most weeks.

They've sold their best player & they've arguably been the easiest team to play against in the league for the last few season. They've got absolutely nothing about them.

Disasi - I feel like there is the potential for any Chelsea signing to be given a bit of a free pass on one indifferent season with a crackpot of a football club. Perhaps he‘s best judged on his earlier form.

Brighton starting to pay some big fees for players, a lot more rides on these than some of the under the radar ones they were making and spinning a profit from. It’ll be interesting to see how many are a hit because there’s certainly more pressure on them now. For what it’s worth, I wouldn’t have touched Summerville or Rutter they need to both be massively more consistent. That Leeds team they were in should’ve walked the league last year on paper. Their performance in the play-off final was awful.

Chelsea have sold more £ in homegrown talent in the last 2 summer transfer windows than we have arguably in our history.

They're getting him back on loan for at least this next season though so maybe that sweetened the deal.
