I can't see Pardew not starting Tiote. It could be a midlfield 3 of Sissoko, Tiote & Cabaye, with Ben Arfa and Gouffran roaming behind Cisse. Could even be Ben Arfa as a 10 behind Cisse & Gouffran.

You can't be raped if you get 60% possesion off the ball. It's about time English football understand that. Hi Brendan.

Odds on Waddle mentioning that he's out through injury?
-
Yeah he is, it's being discussed in the Colo thread.

I feel I may have gone too far.

He certainly hasn't been in the form of last season no doubt about it. The Sunderland match he was great. I don't understand that. For a CB to be actually poor as in very, very bad indeed. You would have to want him dropped. Absolutely. Colo since he arrived at the club has only had one season where he has been absolute world class and consistent. The Championship doesn't count and for the other seasons at the club he has shown a tendency to have a poor game every here and then. The guy is a top class footballer but like all defenders when there is a lack of help he is prone to have a mistake or so. Look at most top defenders. I mean in the PL, Kompany, Skrtel, Lescott, Ferdinand, Cahill, David Luiz all of them have had one or two costly mistakes. So your argument is an absolute shitfest. Colo has been steady for our last three games. He was nowhere near at fault for the penalty caused by Debuch, or the fact that Perch can't react to a freekick, because let's be honest here, a freekick from that range should never go in when hit at that height. It wasn't a very good freekick and it still went in. And for the 2nd goal both our CBs were at equal amount of fault, so based on that logic Streete and MBiwa should start since they haven't been bad this season yet.

I do feel ashamed it's ok.

I think Yanga-Mbiwa is going to be good.

I'd be very interested but may not be able to do that date. -
Challenge cup?

Had to explain to a Real Madrid 'fan' on Saturday who Fernando Redondo was, probably my biggest Yao moment of the year.

Had a dream he scored for Arsenal (where he was allowed to play to get some fitness for us) in a 10-3 away win at Liverpool last night. Don't worry it wasn't a permanent transfer.

Dalglish was advised to sign him by Comolli, signed Henderson instead.

Power, pace and a better goalscoring record.

I wouldn't say they see the europa league as a nuisance as I'm sure it helps in player recruitment and sponsorship. The format just needs looked at, too many teams and too many games.

Van Persie's attitude has been questioned a few times as well. If Balotelli applies himself correctly and is allowed to the focal point of a team, which I think he will be at Milan and with the national team then he'll have a great career.
-
I think it's close between the two, Van Persie seemed to be constantly injured at that time and Balotelli has done much more at international level at 22.

I know it's unrealistic at the moment but Roma with Laudrup would be pretty tasty.

Crying about being asked if Sunderland could be in relegation trouble and struggling to see anything wrong with their last 2 games.

He's going on like a stereotypical RTG poster.
