What signs has Sam shown you to warrant you thinking we'll be sucessful under him? its pointless typing them out as they'll just be ripped to shreds, but the main one is how high bolton finished for the past few years. There's something quite interesting about that, and the whole Allardyce situation that the man himself hasn't seemed to notice yet.... WE AREN'T BOLTON! No, we're worse. Give him some time to turn that around.

He's signed some decent players with very little money, we've had our best start to the premiership in 11 year, we only have 1 long term injury at the moment, he has brought in a lot of back room staff, he is up to date with all of the newest training methods, he's the first to tackle our biggest problem - defence, he's got an idea of what tactics our team should use in his head - and he's forcefully getting our team to play properly in it, his man management is good. The only problem I have actually seen with him is that his tactics seem strange to us, none of us understand what he's trying to do. I just want to give the fella some time, you're all expecting way too much, way too quickly.

it wont. it's like the nature verses nurture debate. the truth is probably somewhere in the middle but most of the protagonists are hardened to one side or the other I completely understand what you mean. You realise, this, I do and i bet most other people do, so why don't they just leave it? Is it because they have invested too much time in it to let it go? I'm drunk.

There must be something more to him than that TheSpence. I don't know what that is, but he can't demand a £1.1million transfer free from us (we're spending wisely with the new board etc ), if he was pap.
