Awful result today, I actually believed that we would do Pompey, despite knowing they are doing alright this year. The players, mananger and coaches need to have a world with themselves after that performance. Despite how bad today has been, calls for SA sacking is absurd and I can't believe anyone could be so stupid to say it. To sack SA after 11 league games is awful considering that this is a far better league start than we have had for many years. Sam needs more time and support.

Despite Pompey being a decent threat this season, I think our home form has been very good and I believe we will win. It just looks worse cause our away form is terrible and were playing Pompey off the back of an away defeat. Going to say a 3 - 2 win to us.

We need to keep Owen, but only if he proves this season he can play over 25 Prem games. If he breaks down repeatedly, I think we should move him on, but he if stays fit and scores goals, we should do what we can to renew his contract. His ability is never in question, it's just the gamble on his fitness if we renew his contract right now.
