Cabaye was everywhere nipping at peoples ankles and making the loss of a man feel less than it should have. Great fitness Coloccini. Just a superb reader of the game and great organiser. ignoring the sending off, some of the free kick decisions against us were down right outrageous. I know as a newcastle fan i'm meant to feel like the ref is against us but it really did feel like all the officials were doing all they could to help sunderland.

I would be annoyed but Cisse has been shite lately. Plus you know Shola will be up for the derby whereas the last one seemed to swallow Cisse up a bit. Great sub to have available.

I agree that bit HTT said about big kids getting picked up by scouts when they are young. There was a lad i used to play with who was half a size at least bigger than everyone else and just used to score goals for fun. Got scouted by wolves but never got anywhere because as soon as the other lads caught up with him physically he got found out.

i dont see why after from 10 mins onwards ben arfa was stuck on the left? I don't think we were gettin battered purely because of Ben Arfa. He would have been far more effective second half on the right.

I think Obertan has been better of late and I have more time for him now as he is showing signs of improvement. I don't think he took on buttner too much as he is pretty rapid himself. It's all about confidence with Obertan, just look at that europa league game at home where he beat his man within the first few minutes and then knew he would have the beating of him all night and went on to have probably his best game for us so far.

Yeah looks nervous to take anyone on. From what I saw of him before he joined (limited) he seemed like a pacy winger who would take on the right back but maybe the injuries have taken away his pace?
