If Coloccini wants more money, he'll go to Real or Barca. If he wants first-team football, he'll go to Newcastle or City. If he wants the first-team football, we must simply bid and get a contract agreed before City sort out their managerial situation.

Hey there Delima, what's it like in New York City?
-
Harsh. What's harsh about that? Motty and Lawro are the only two people who seem to think Rooney is great for England, when he's basically been Alan Smith for four years.
-
If anything, that above statement is more evidence that Geremi needs to be replaced.

Is there a "If he does leave Man United then he is a complete and utter prick" option?
-
So the next Wayne Rooney: Someone who has a month of world-class form followed by 3-4 months of average-at-best Premier League striker quality that is still wanked over by the media?
-
Dunno where you are getting that form considering there has already been confirmed bids for Woodgate in January and Modric. Both were considerable bids. Aye, but he didn't really have much time then did he? And plus, he wouldn't have known who he wanted to sell within the first two weeks of being at the club. Eh?. what's your point? Keegan joined our club with about 2 weeks of the January window left - he wouldn't have had enough time to run the rule over the squad and decide who he wanted to flog. Therefore the theory of "having to sell before buying" was not really in place in January, as time was short.

And people, come off it please. Kenwyne Jones is utter gash. You might as well play a pillow up front. Or maybe a toenail clipping?

photoshop tttttttttime http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/7707/tooncroucham4.png heh, I had to do it quick His shorts suggest his mind is on another club...

He probably still is. You are aware of his WAG, yes? Google 'Abigail Clancy', try not to cream on your monitor. I know who she is but who's to say Crouch is getting his leg over? Wasn't some brickie looking after that side of it when Crouch was at the World Cup? They've been together a while now, of course they'll have done it. Anyway, slippery slope so I'll quit while I'm ahead. Would I like Crouch at Newcastle? Yes, I think I would.
-
The clincher will probably be whether this new stadium they're getting is filled week in week out or not.
-
When he's on form, he's a brilliant player, tbh. And when he's not on form, he's a very average player. Yet the media always say he's playing well when he isn't, often for months at a time.

I must say I almost creamed myself when Rooney floated one over David James against Pompey in the cup last season at Old Trafford. No, I'm not a Rooney fanboy, in fact I think the media have made him seem better than he really is. But WOW, what a goal.
-
I wouldn't say he's on 'very' high wages. He's certainly on less than Owen or Viduka.
-
Q: What would Peter Crouch be if he wasn't a footballer? A: A virgin.
-
Just skim-read some of rebel_yell's comments and he's pretty much spot on. I'd much rather we had Owen, Martins + another scoring 12-15 a season each than having one class striker scoring 30-odd a season. We all know what happens when you put all your eggs in one big-money basket.
-
The two key problems with our side are lack of pace and lack of height. Exceptions being Martins and N'Zogbia & Faye and Carroll.

I love nothing more when one of the four most hyped English footballers in this country does something wrong. Rooney, Terry, Gerrard and Lampard. Especially when it's Gerrard.

Did your scouts on Football Manager inform you of this? Dean Ashton should only be signed if other targets aren't available. Damn I miss how much I used to love Football Manager Your assistant manager Pilko thinks that Stephen927 is a very switched on poster and you should strive to keep him at the club.
