Would love to put the jinx on Everton here, but I just don't see them scoring. They're not throwing the game yet not getting through Sunderland's defence.

Norwich can win but it barely changes our situation - only a win keeps us up, if we do we'll probably stay ahead of Norwich* *unless they win by a few

They beat Bournemouth and gave Man Utd a good game in the cup semi, so it's not like they've COMPLETELY downed tools.

I'm trying to use logic - Everton are higher in the table, beat them 6-2 earlier this season and Sunderland's win 4 days ago might've taken a lot out of them. But I just know Defoe and Borini will sneak them the win and Fat Sam will be laughing. Horrible

We're the opposite of deluded - almost always pessimistic/realistic. Some of our fans still defend Ashley, don't want to cause a fuss and just accept relegation. That's definitely not delusion.

Every PL team either has a good manager in place, is too small for Rafa or is a rival of Liverpool. So if he's desperate to stay in England - and we've read how he managed kids teams because he hates being unemployed - we might still be the best, most exciting option for him.

Even though we borrowed the mighty Fitz Hall and Zurab Khizanishvili last time, the loan market is a chance for us to get good players. If Mourinho goes to Man Utd, for example, youngsters like Varela, Borthwick-Jackson and Fosu-Mensah probably wont get a chance. Let's loan one, maybe a few others like Ojo, Loftus-Cheek and any other hyphened surname.

People hate us because we're a big team, so it's sort of a compliment. Certainly better than seeking football friends and setting up a Friendship Trophy.

Yeah. It's an even, competitive league but that's because it's evenly poor.

Everton and Watford are in free fall. Not saying it will happen, but they're both fully capable of beating Sunderland if they bother. They've not got a gimme like Aston Villa LOL.

Keep Mbemba, Lascelles, Darlow, Elliot, Dummett, Colback, Mitrovic, Shelvey, De Jong, Aarons and Armstrong. Few quality loans from the big teams, a couple of freebies, strengthen that midfield and we've got a good team. The most important thing right now is the manager.

On the one hand, it feels like there's tougher competition this time. We only really had West Brom, Forest and (briefly) Boro but now there'll be Villa, Norwich, Derby, Hull, Sheff Wed etc. But you see some of the players aceing this division - Dave Nugent, Barry Bannan, Grant Leadbitter, Jonathan Kodjia etc - and think the quality of player is quite low.
