Hodgson has done some job at Palace. They'll be in trouble once he goes. Aging squad, a lack of money, no striker and their only creative player wanting out. The fee they get for Zaha if he goes will have to be used very wisely.

What we supposed to be looking at in that photo? Taking pictures of people minding their own business for the purpose of mocking them on a public forum is not really on like.

A 36 year old Glenn Murray without a goal since last season would be right up our street like.

Forgot Pards was at West Brom. What a disaster

Why pay 40m for a player that scored 7 goals in the Bundesliga? He's not quick, he cant hold the ball up, he's not creative, cant finish. Hasnt even showed the glimpse of having any talent. Makes no sense like.

What is this lad supposed to be good at? Barely looks like a footballer. No redeemable features whatsoever.

We laugh at the managerial merry go round here but its so much worse in Italy like

180 grand is a fair amount like. Did they just not pay him the entire time he was there?

Jetro Willems (now playing for Deportivo Castellón)

Anita was technically a pretty handy footballer. Shite otherwise mind. Not anywhere near physical enough -
Im pretty sure the Mascots get to meet all the players after the game too like.

Gary Neville reckons OGS should be given a few windows. Is he daft? What if he has these windows, gets his own players in and is still a shite coach? Fair enough if there was some degree of tactical nous he is demonstrating but he's not. He's not shown he can barely get the best out of any of the players. Most managers worth their salt would be showing something at this point. He's been able to muster fuck all since the post Mourinho bounce.

Wonder why he's seemingly doing terrible in China

class player, class middle name -
Didnt mean to aim it at anyone in particular, more to stress what a job he's done imo

Rodgers in fantastic like. Leicester are second ffs.

Graham Carr actually came up with some very good players. The dross we signed was largely down to Ashley refusing to buy players like PEA and Lacazette at the top of his list and instead taking a punt on the likes of Saivet for a few million. If we'd used his recommendations correctly rather than signing players based solely on resale value, things might have been different. As such, it wasnt because those running the club are fucking clueless morons.

Nacho Gonzalez last played for us in 2008 and Xisco played 20 minutes this decade in which he got an assist

Often the case with players considered 'physical', target men type forwards in the Spanish league just dont cut it here. Morientes, Kovacevic, Morata, Soldado are a few bigger centre forwards who have flourished in Spain but totally failed here. Maybe its a bit of an overplayed stereotype players in Spain tend to be less physical and more technical like but still, it's definitely the case sometimes.

Haha thats nonesense like. No way Neymar would go back to Brazil at 27 ffs

For all of elite football's politics, economics and its reflections of its communities - NOTHING dictates public perception like results. Pick up 7 or 8 points from 15 and you'll always be right at rain, regardless of whether or not such a return matches expectations/potential and regardless of any glaring deficiencies. That's why the whole Rafa-Goes-We-Go crack was never going to amount to anything particularly meaningful. You don't need to win many games to secure attendances. Agree with this. Results are the be all and end all for most. If Steve Bruce finishes in the top 8 with this side then Ashley is vindicated in the eyes of most. People will stop going only when we're doing poorly on the pitch. If we go down and we're struggling in the championship, then we'll see really low crowds. For now, we're a few points off 5th. Though, as other have said; many have jacked it in already.

probably beat us 3-0 again tbh
